You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThe carpets are dirty and have drench smell. I suggest the staff vacuum the carpets, using carpet powder, perhaps a day before client checks in or at the same day of arrival, to give the room that fresh smell, instead of stinking carpet. Since the hotel has stairs only, & no elevator, it would be great if the hotel hires potters to assist guests with luggage, both on arrival & check out. Your towels need some attention, to remove the dullness. They don't have a hotel status, perhaps Makhanda water cannot keep them white, I don't know, or you need a new laundrette or new towels.
The Graham hotel is in a good location, easy to access Makhanda places of interest. The receptionist on duty was amazing, she's smiling & very welcoming, I think her name is Gwen🌼 The water temperature was good throughout the day. Well done Housekeeping for yò services throughout my stay. Kitchen staff members are glorious, always willing to please the guests. Well done 👏and the food is appetizing 👌

Staff at the front desk were very responsive. They went out of their to organise and put an entire boardroom at my sole disposal so that I could have my online meeting in a quiet and conducive environment. They also made sure that noisy maintenance work was suspended during that time.
