We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe air condition😭😭😭😭I wish there was aircon. And there is a heater you can get for an extra R100, but aircon would have made it all even better.
The place was awesome in many ways and that’s the reason I chose it. The place had a smart tv which was super cool, there is a couch from which you can watch the tv instead of lying in bed, and the host did make sure to be honest with me when I asked about other things beforehand and I was able to prepare myself for the night. I had access to a garden and my overall stay was superb🔥🔥🔥The host and his wife are awesome people, they communicate, and they know how to make sure that you’re welcome. Thank you Hancock Inn for the awesome stay🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

South AfricaCheck in was a bit late at 4pm and check out was early at 9am. No cupboard space to hang clothing, only a chest of draws.
The room was as described and well set out. Small and cosy and had all the essentials one could need for a night or two. Good value for money and affordable. They were well equipped for load shedding with extra lighting in the room.

South AfricaI am a frequent guest at Hancock Inn and without fail my stay is always a comfortable and enjoyable one. More recently a wonderful deluxe room has been furnished and I got to experience all the amenities and additions. Firstly, the room is so well furnished and absorbs the rustic aesthetic of the place. Secondly, unlike the standard rooms, the room includes a fully furnished kitchenette to allow you to cater your own meals. Lastly, the room is equipped with a large smart flat-screen TV and having a cosy movie night was literally the cherry on the cake. The hosts are attentive, friendly and deliver impeccable service. Would highly recommend it to those visiting in Klerksdorp area!
