The unit was not fully equipped, as we needed a dish for salads, strainer and silicone utensils. There was a trelly door without keys. We needed it to acess the braai area as it was raining.The are also a few things that needs abit of TLC(braai area that leaks through when it rains,toilet seat was loose,the basin plug thats not properly fitted, main bedroom walls looks as it needs a repaint) The main bedroom looks as if there was a fitted TV but has been removed(Wires are hanging loose).

The unit looked exactly like shown in the pictures. Nice,Modern and Comfy. The host was very friendly and responsive.

The coffee container was empty, the plugs leaked and the taps need some TLC.

The location was very central and the place had all that we needed to comfortable.

Reception was poor, waited very long to go into the property after a 14 hour bus ride, waited for 45 minutes before we was allowed into the place, a further R200 was charged because we were too early. So client services were not too great

Facility needs a mirror besides the one in the bathroom, specially for a woman's needs. Not sufficient Ceylon tea and milk sachets supplied.

The WiFi did not work during the period of our stay . We literally sat in a quiet house the whole day and night. Quite disappointing

Broken toilet seat, broken towel racks, broken faucet in bathtub. Hole in both bedroon doors. Burn mark on carpet Only 1 towl provided but booked for 3 people. Last year when i was here each person received fresh towels daily

The electricity went off few hours after we arrived, we had to call and wait for the units. They only had 2 towels for a stay of 4 people for two days. The utensils were not enough, we had to request. There were cockroaches everywhere.

Unkempt garden, long grass, trash bags piled up on the side as we entered. Multiple fittings in bathroom, bedroom and lounge damaged. Fridge was dirty, oven dirty. Bucket of wet linen outside front door. Two sitings of cockroaches.

WiFi & Netflix worked and was easy to log into.

Firstly the picture of the place is deceiving. We yard was in a terrible state. Broken furniture. She i called to complain upon checking in, the hostess didn't even apologize or say she will try to fix the problem. Instead said i am talking her head hot. The grass was long and mosquito's. The garden furniture was broken. Only one towel. The place ran out of electricity units and we had to purchase our own. Waking up in the morning for coffee and no electricity. No iron. We requested and did not receive. The washing machine was in our unit and the cleaners came in the morning to do laundry of linen and invading our space. The smelly bedding. I will never book there again. Worse stay ever and not value for money.

No carport for my vehicle. There was no proper parking. People moved around from the entrance to pass our vehicles so we were not delighted about that. One key for the house and one remote key for the gate. We have to wait for each other.

The mannerism of the hostess . Quite rude, after stipulating time of arrival, I was phoned and pressured to my arrival although I was long before the time there. We were just shown our room and left, nothing explained or shown to us. Left at the door. Shower was not the size for an adult. Door opens inwards and scrapes a person when closing. Tap handles loose. When leaving, spent 10mins looking for someone to hand keys in, afterwards phone a person off site to ask what we are to do with keys as nothing explained to us from the hostess.

The accomodation was reasonable size and what we needed at the time.
