Very friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was delicious and it felt like a home away from home. 15 minute walk to the local bars / restaurants and coffee shop and a 5 min walk to the beach! Secure parking at the property behind a locked gate

Thoughtfully kitted out and the kindest of hosts who went out of her way to help us. Beds were very comfy and the shower nice and powerful. Breakfast was excellent too.

We had the most amazing stay at the House of Braganza. Henobi is the sweetest host, we enjoyed every minute spent at her house. The beach is just a minute away, and the town of Kommetjie is so charming that you wanna stay there forever.

We had a variety of 14 stays during a long road-tripping experience of the WC. We have agreed that the House of Braganza was most suitable for our needs, more especially the room with the sea view and openness to the ocean air coming off the ocean. Our dogs were most comfortable, and the beach was right there! The hostess was most friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Thank you, we will be back for sure.

We loved all the attention to detail, from the breakfast to the homemade rusks. It's a stone's throw away from a beautiful beach with the softest sand. Quiet and safe and beautiful views from all areas of the place.

In case you want more privacy you want to book both rooms 😄 Henobi’s place is very popular and therefore we had the chance to met a lot of interesting travelers from all over. We did not mind this at all (but perhaps others would).

We’ve had the most wonderful stay at the House of Braganza! Thank you Henobi! We stayed for over two weeks and would have loved to stay even longer. Very comfy beds and a beautiful view from the room. You can hear the ocean at night and the soft breeze through the windows is so nice and relaxing. We stayed with a small baby and were afraid we would be noisy or that the other guests in the bed & breakfast would complain, but it seems that the rooms are well insulated and sound-proof, so everything worked out just great. Whenever we had a question or needed help, Henobi was quick to reply and always tried her very best to accomodate us. She really pays attention to details, which makes you feel at home and taken care of :) We would LOVE to stay here again ♥️

A bit tight parking space

Home away from home! We loved the amazing breakfast, the tranquility of the place, our wonderfull host Henobi who was bending over backwards to make our stay enjoyable, and the whirlpool bathtub. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated with big windows overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed eating breakfast and reading books on the balcony. We felt really safe and relaxed.
