The AC could use a service.

Great location for business with plenty of amenities close by and quick drive to the city center. It was a well equipped apartment which made for a comfortable stay. Accessing the apartment was easy and the free Wi-Fi was solid.

I marked the property down because of little things: The string on the blind of the sitting room door is too short and I found it difficult to reach to open it. The cover for the plugs under the desk was lying on the floor. The towels are tired and the ironing board could do with a new cover. I had to ask for 3 dishwasher tablets and the apartment was only cleaned once?

The location is good, the property excellent, and comfortable. I booked because I have been before. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed time relaxing.

security constantly knocking on the door because we where talking. apparently we had to talk much softer yet our neighbors had blue tooth speaker on. we don’t even drink alcohol by the way but we constantly had a security tell us to sleep

There was a certain security guard who gave himself the task of harassing us the entire evening. He complained about everything, and every time we tried to comply, he found something else to complain about.

The property was amazing! Super clean and much better than what was expected.

The communication from staff can improve.The apartment was not serviced .The request for assistance with WiFi went unattended for half the time we were there.Luckily it was a leisure trip and not a work trip.

was not cleaned properly - dirty walls and floors and a little worn - uncomfortable couch with no cushions for your back, kettle with broken lid so steam burns hands and light in kitchen above stove not working - remnants of previous smokers in the balcony

When I arrived to check in at 16:20, found the cleaning ladies (4 )having lunch in the room making noise, for a moment thought was in the wrong room. Wondered if I would have found the place clean or in order had I checked in earlier at 15:00. Was very disappointed on Sunday when I came back and found the place not cleaned, no fresh towels. So there's no room service on Sundays

The unit was smelling gas. You need to look into the gas if it is not leaking. You neeto consider to have electricity kettle because not all of us are able to use gas stove.

The couch in the lounge wasn't all that comfortable, but this was only a minor thing.

The generator! I had loadshedding three times in one day that I was there. But I didn't feel the pain because the building had a generator.

The security guards there were rude, the first one we found there when we arrived on Friday was the worst, I even had to get out of the car whilst it was raining in order for him to let us in. All the other securities were also not nice.

I liked everything about the the apartments, they were beautiful and clean. The location of the place is great and it is very safe there. I really liked the pool there.

no instructions left with regard to appliances...TV..Stove... Also instructions on how the blinds work... blinds are dirty....sofa's definitely need a clean did not get my booking instructions until I got there, so I was outside the complex for about 15 minutes before it was all sorted
