In Toto came highly rated and it didn't dissapoint. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a great view. The location is perfect. Easy to get to but on the edge of town with a wonderful view of the estuary and nature. Breakfast was hearty and varied so there is something for everyone. The set up would make it perfect for big family get away in a lovely part of South Africa with private, well appointed rooms and loads of communal space.

The place is a real gem. You will feel right at home straight away, and the owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. It is beautifully located on The Island, overlooking the lagoon and centrally located to all the main attractions in the Garden Route. There are a huge amount of activities to choose from, including paddleboarding, kayaking, cycling, kitesurfing, paragliding, and many more, or you can just chill out if you prefer. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Garden Route, this comes highly recommended!

Exceptional. Beautiful property in an excellent and safe location. Fantastic hospitality and we even had a personal service takeaway from the owner. There are paddle boards, bikes, canoes you can borrow to enjoy on the lake which is a stone throw away. Breakfast was outstanding - everything was made freshly and to your taste.

The host was welcoming and warm. The communal breakfast was delicious and provided opportunity to get to know the other guests. The guest house is ideally situated and the pool is a wonderful bonus. To be recommended any day.

Venue was calm and breathtaking, me and my girlfriend really enjoyed a walk around the lake and the beach close by really made it all the more special.
