The room had no cuttlery for braai facilties but I bought from the convienat store so not much I did not like Only complaint the toilet light bulb was flashing on its way out.

Everything the facilities were great, braai facilities by a dam close to the splash pool with water slides. Very Kid friendly very safe. I will reccomend to anyone hands down excellent no complaints. Staff very friendly

The food at the restaurant was not the best. The breakfast is over priced for the variety you get. We ordered chips at the pool area and the chips we received was old. The pizzas were good.

I hated the public display of alcohol consumption at the Splash Park. Empty bottles were strewn on the lawn. Hard spirits/ beer and wine were drunk openly before very young kids. Come on! There are other available areas for this sort of thing. The tone set is not appropriate for what is essentially a kids’ section of the resort. Why were staff members not visible picking up the garbage and enforcing a ban on alcohol here? Glass bottles, alcohol and water are a dangerous mix. There is a bar with comfortable seating close to the pool. Drinking adults must stay here when visiting the Splash Park.

The members of staff were friendly and helpful. The pool next to the restaurant was clean and attractive. The restaurant is on the expensive side, but the steak I had one evening was delicious. The accommodation is comfortable, but fittings on the walls in the bathroom were not securely fixed.

You are a bit remote (close to Sun City and Nature reserve but not near any meaningful town or restaurants unless you want to drive through the townships). There is one restaurant and not a very well stocked shop on site. So your food options are quite limited in my opinion. Breakfast was only buffet at R200 per person, which was annoying as we don't eat big for breakfast and only wanted some toast but couldn't order from the main menu at the time. Menu does have load of choice and we did eat there for lunch and dinner and found it good enough. Its a lovely place, however being summer, it was very hot and I found we couldn't do much on the resort with our 3yr old during the hours of 11-3pm. There isn't anything "indoor" you can do like a games arcade, or covered pool (like their sister resort Kiara) The main pool had a leak and we couldn't use that for 2 days - but the pool is nice and clean. these thing happen. There is a lot of expansion going on. I feel once they have done all the building works, and the resort is a bit more established, it will be better. Our apartment was quite a walk from the main area, so again, my elderly parents couldn't walk in the heat and we had to drive around in the car on the resort.

The apartment we stayed in had air-con. When 37C outside, you really do need air-con. Apartments were new, very clean and well equipped. The water slides were nice for our kid. The staff was friendly and helpful in the restaurant and the portion sizes of food was good.

Shower flooded the bathroom The pool could have done with daily maintenance. A lapa (covering in the games area (table-tennis and putt-putt) would really help in the hot sun

The food was good and catered for all tastes including my wife, who is vegetarian. The facilities were good. We enjoyed the putt-putt, massage, and relaxing environment The air conditioned room provided comfort in the extreme heat. Our stay was quiet and relaxing which offered a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city
