Great location of you want to save some money and not stay in one of the lounges at Pilansberg. The rooms were comfy, staff were friendly and it was a quick drive to both the national park and Sun City.

1. We had a problem with our Shower. (room no: 56C). While showering, the water ran out from under the door and into the bedroom. We had to use towels to try barricade the door. It was frustrating because we ran out of towels. 2. At the Water Park, my son in law's back got injured when one of the foldable lounger chairs collapsed. The Lifeguard on duty was very sympathetic and helpful. He removed the broken chair and discovered another broken chair, so out of 3 lounger chairs, 2 were broken. My son in law's injury wasn't too serious, but it was still painful. I feel that these chairs should be inspected in the morning when they get put out under the shelters.

We were happy that our rooms had coffee & tea, as we had just come from another resort that didn't.

A lovely destination. Everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Will definitely go back, but for a bit longer than overnight stop.

Leap adventure activities were amazing. The tour guides were fantastic, we have to give it to Kabelo, very patient and zealous about his job. We did archery and quad bike with him and he gave us an exceptional service. The room service was great. The indoor and outdoor spaces were clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to do their gateway vacations. Lots of activities to pick from. And very close to the Sun City.

I was under the impression that the place offered breakfast with the place, so when we went in for breakfast we were told of the R200 buffet excluding drinks. And even though the shuttle was available to take us to SunCity, we were told that it came back at 10pm which defeated the purpose of using their shuttles for the event we came for.

The accommodation was beautiful, the facilities were as discribed in the website. It was easy to locate the resort and the staff were very helpful. If you came in a family, you'd thoroughly enjoy the place.

(Unit 30B): The shower is a design flaw- the shower floor is same level as the bathroom floor so, the water just flows out as you shower, the shower head is not adjustable as it's too high up on the ceiling. It was a mess of water in the bathroom after a shower.

It was my 2nd time at the resort, the last time I was booked into a 3 bed villa with a splash pool and this time I booked a 2 bedroom unit so, the facilities obviously not comparable :-) I was missing a few things like the microwave , iron and ironing board

The wifi was wonky. I couldn't connect to it, but my stay was short, so I managed with my data. The restaurant service was slow for dinner, and the breakfast was not very exciting either, but there are places to eat down the road, about 5 minutes away, and you can grab food and drinks there.

Breakfast quite mediocre ie fruits Information that was provided to us specifically cost of entry at Sun City was incorrect. the worst part was when we were booking our shuttle back from Sun City and we couldnt get hold of reception for an hour. We were specifically told that we have to call reception when we need a shuttle back
