Some of the towels were torn and there were stains on one of the mattresses under the sheet. More soap options would have been better (bar of soap) as well as shower gel.

Tvs doesnt work , no hot water , not safe enough and near a location that makes tremendously noice Overpriced for a place that went down the drain

I didn't like that they didn't have a backup generator when there was loadshedding. The rooms also didn't have TVs and the pool wasn't clean.

There is a lot of kitchen appliances in the room but no basin for you to wash up in so we did not really make use of the kitchen.

A last minute booking because Addo NP was fully booked. We know the Kraal already from a couple of years ago and knew the place. It is a very affordable option to visit Addo. Breakfast and Dinner are provided. Dinner is fine. Staff is very pleasant. Nothing fancy but still good atmosphere altough we haven't seen other guests.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the breakfast. It was just toast with honey or jam, not even a slice of cheese or any fruits at all.

The place was very close to the park. It's not the most modern hotel but has everything you need.

Breakfast advertised as an option but no breakfast prepared on the 2nd morning of our stay - occupation rate was low on the day so we did understand.

Our room was spacious and clean and staff were accommodating and friendly. Enjoyed the swimming pool which was small but a blessing on a hot inland afternoon. Value for money - this establishment needs support after the devastation on the tourism industry caused by the Covid pandemic.

Upon arrival, the air conditioner in the room did not work and the mugs provided in the room for tea/coffee were dirty and had liquid in them that looked like it had sat for a long time.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, and checking in was easy. The property is quite nice and has a nice lawn.
