Adjacent to tennis courts, very noise all day long. Bathroom doors slam when used, I heard surrounding rooms doors slam repeatedly during the night

The place is quiet and peaceful, the dining area was also perfect.

The rooms were modern however they were not cleaned adequately. The towels were used and I asked for all towels to be replaced. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and toilet seat. One of the pillow cases had brown marks and smelt used. Few issues that housekeeping can address on an otherwise good stay.

Food was great, tasty. The breakfast had a wide range of options. The location was great and its easy to access the clubhouse. It's in a safe location with visible security. The views from the room were fantastic. The rooms are modern with modern fittings. Wifi was fast and reliable.

Bottled mineral water in the room would have been nice and milk (there was coffee creamer sachet in the room though).

The fact that we didn’t have any water to shower from Saturday night, understandably so that the rest of PTA was also out but then having to pay R30 a bottle of water and only getting 2 500ml to wash up.

Breakfast was good, just a good decent meal and some great choices.

Nothing, I actually loved everything hence I kept extending my stay.

I loved everything about The Lakes Boutique Lodge. Serene and Tranquility was my experience. Taking a walk around, I felt so safe and at peace. The food was amazing. The staff was excellent. I kept exctending my stay because the place is just too amazing.

Bed was broken, we were situated above the kitchen and could smell the kitchen's food and sound. There where things in the room broken like the mirror and the TV didn't work. It was dirty under the bed.

The location of this hotel on the Silverlakes golf estate is great, very close to the clubhouse & restaurant. Our room was comfortable & clean. The area was quiet & great for walking in a safe environment.

Suggestion: It may be a good idea to apply a frosted window film for privacy on the glass door to the bathroom. The toilet is not private at all.

Very friendly receptionist! We were very early, but she still let us check in. She showed us to our room, explained everything in the room, set the aircon. She also made sure that we know about codes for the security gate. Pleasant stay!

The bathroom had no door on our standard room. This is problematic for privacy when using the loo.

Location was beautiful and setting around lodge was stunning.
