You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Spacious luxury apartment with stunning views. The romantic turn down was exceptional. I really liked the shuttle between Leonardo to DaVinci hotel. Location is off course great for activities in Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square

United Arab EmiratesThe only thing that is super annoying is the room service system. There’s always an issue with either the wrong menu or no menu or wrong hours or something going on. Otherwise the food is tasty. But getting it to your room is a huge pain.
The apartments and the hotel itself are always clean and look new every time I stay here.

Fantastic stay overall. I will most certainly be rebooking in the not too distant future. The staff were excellent across the board. Lerato at reception was exceptional in particular during the entire stay but particularly during check in. I appreciate all your efforts! Only recommendation I would make is an improvement on the breakfast menu. It’s a tad boring and doesn’t offer anything exciting and when you’re staying for a long stay it gets repetitive!

United KingdomThis is being extremely picky and in no way affected our stay but sometimes the housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as could be - came late in the afternoon once and didn’t replace shower cap/towels once.
Everything - we stayed on 37th floor with an amazing view of Joburg and the city skyline. It was a milestone birthday for my husband and the hotel really made it special which we very much appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you could need, with lots of attention to detail e.g. international plug sockets, as well as USB and plug chargers built into the bedside table. The staff were all professional, very friendly and helpful. Other reviews have complained about the slow service for breakfast but that wasn’t our experience. It’s not a buffet, it’s prepared freshly so you expect it to take a bit of time. We really enjoyed the different options and great coffee. Room service was also efficient with good menu options. The location is perfect - right beside Sandton City for shopping and less than 20 min car ride away from rosebank, cbd, etc We loved our stay, thanks to all the staff for making it a great one!
