Room had been closed for too long, was not smelling fresh. Airconditioning remote was defective, it would not work. TV is too small for that setting. 😑

The shower temperature was a bit temperamental, it went from extremely hot to extremely cold unprovoked. The wifi was too slow to actually use - but that could be a personal thing, others may have had better luck with it. The TV ended up being a bit redundant to me, it was not a Smart TV nor did it have DStv - it had another satellite service provider that I was unfamiliar with and ended up not using it, perhaps that can be a point for consideration.

The size of the apartment - it gave me quite a bit of working space. The fact that they have loadshedding lamps/lights in the apartment really helps to ensure that you aren't in the dark during loadshedding. It almost felt as if there was no loadshedding. I really appreciated that.

Virtually no crockery, all we got was the smallest pot and that's it. It would be nice if it would be restocked with cutlery and crockery. The mattress wasn't the best quality either unfortunately

I liked the cleanliness and the fact that pictures weren't deceiving. What you saw on the picture is what you got at the location. I'm grateful for them allowing me a later check out too

Please kindly have the Showmax and Netflix apps available for the guests ( if possible) since there's a Smart TV. The guests can use their own login details.

The apartment felt like a home away from home. I loved the big mirror in the passage. There was ample space in all the rooms. Definitely recommend Wenvic Apartments. ♥️

I did not understand why I had to pay a deposit, I mean as much as it part of their policy they should just add it on the total amount when we book. This thing of paying it during check in time is so inconvenient and worse I thought I was going to have it when I leave but nah that is not the case they said it takes a max of 7 working days🥹 Honesty, I think they should make it clear when someone is still booking or making payments online.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Service is best, if ever you want something its less than 2 minutes to be made available to your room.
