I didn't like the area where the hotel is located in so much. Though our vehicle was relatively safe with guards. I prefer a very secure parking bay even if I need to pay for parking. The lift inside the building is kinda small, but the fact that there is more than 1 makes it okay.

I loved the bathroom and room as a whole. I loved how the bathroom intertwines with the room and the fact that you can actually watch TV, which is in the room while in the bath. Was a great inspiration as to how I want my ensuit to look, so I definitely will be doing that. The barman was really friendly and polite. He was the best.

The cleaning lady came very late to clean up our room which resulted in us waiting outside. The kitchen lady treated us like we had an infection when we wanted her to warm up our food. Don't know whether black people are treated like that in your hotel or she probably thought the white people would be disgusted by us. I was really hurt by that

I liked some of the stuff members. They were quite friendly and helpful. I liked our room it was very comfortable. I loved how quiet the place was

The hotel doesn't have decent parking and In the morning had to pay money to someone who wanted to tow our car. This is unacceptable to say the least.

Air con is too small for that size room 314 and when instead the sliding door is opened to have fresh night air , the noise outside is getting something to get used to.

The parking facility was not that great especially when you have to pay for it (R110) and then when the attendant has finished his shift, the booms are left open. What was more annoying is the fact that we struggled to find parking after returning from dinner as the car park was full.

We were moved to a different room, since we decided to extend our stay. The aircon in room 316 was not blowing cold air and it was a rather hot weekend. Room 211 beds have to be replaced. The drinks at the bar are very expensive, I suggest buying elsewhere. Was told that they do not offer room service when I called to place an order, we were compelled to go downstairs. This, subsequent to me asking a staff member if she was carrying out a room service, which she very politely confirmed.

Very friendly staff, always a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was really good, nice variety of cold and hot breakfast and the staff at the restaurant are very courteous.

The reception staff weren't very welcoming and friendly.

The concierge was amazing. He was friendly and assisted us with all our requests such as holding our bags(as we were early for check-in) and just going over and beyond. He is a true gem.

Carpets was dirty with stains Lift was dirty and smelly, someone spilled alcohol in it and it was not cleaned whole day Towels were dirty when I got there No floor towels or mat only 2 bath towels and we were two guests Duvet cover was torned with huge holes and the sheet had stains. Luckily I had my own linen with me

The restaurant operations could be extended and serve more meals than just breakfast. Also the surroundings were not the best but not sure whether much can be done

The hotel itself and the services including the breakfast. The strategic location of the hotel also was great. We were able to access most places in Cape Town by walking.
