Nice cosy apartment, with an inverter, which is important during load-shedding (inverter supplies lights but no cooking or kettle etc during load-shedding), and a gas braai. Beds were comfortable. There's a pool in the estate, and a lovely walk along the rocky sea facing side. The host recommended a petting farm which is about 10 minutes away, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed.

The fact that you must drive to a different location to collect and drop off the key was not convenient. The receptionist lady was also a bit rude upon arrival to collect the key.

The location was great and the home felt like our home away from home.

everything was great and as stated with the property. not sure what was in it, but we opted not to put our feet in the water as there was a huge outlet pipe pumping a River of water into the sea

the flat was 30 seconds walk from a Shelly beach! the kids loved looking for shells and watching the huge waves.

Shower was uncomfortable. Mattress on double bed slightly lopsided. Window frame in main bedroom was rusted. The window pane was cracked and mouldy. Windows were dirty. Alot of problems with WiFi. It person came to looked and just walked in giving my sister a big fright as when she looked up he was standing right beside her.

Location was good. View of sea could have been better if Bush in front of sliding door was smaller.

Cell reception was extremely bad, my mobile data and modem had very bad reception. This property indicates free WiFi, but in the apartment booklet you are warned that WiFi usage is limited to browsing and emails only and if you use too much data, you will be billed. Not being able to hang your wet towels in the sun a bit at the apartment, was also a bit of an irritation. One can only hang washing outside at the pool area, a few hundred meters away. DSTV also bombed out quite a lot due to bad reception.

It is spacious, clean, and comfortable! The Seaview is a small frame between two other houses in front, but a short walk and you have a wonderful view. The surroundings are very peaceful. I would however recommend you add a small fan or two to the apartment.

We we really pleased with the COVID protocols that were in place. In the bathroom, kitchen and lounge additional sanitiser bottles were available. Also there was dettol handwash available in apartment. Our Family really enjoyed our stay. We are definitely going back during the year again.

We booked in for 4 days and had no housekeeping for the entire time, not enough toiletries for the period.

We found the spare room very cold and the heater we were provided had 2 out of 4 elements working and we did not feel that type of heater was safe to leave on all night, we tried to purchase an electric blanket but all stores in Hermanus were out of stock. Extra blankets were provided but made it heavy and uncomfortable. An electric blanket or feather duvet when it is so cold would be great!

Property was spacious and we like the location except that we were unaware of the informal settlements at the back of us which made us feel a bit insecure especially on weekends when there was very loud music and noise from there!

One of the bedrooms is very small. It is located in a bungalow park near the ocean, but rather far from the city center, so a car is needed. Next door there is a township. We stayed there when it was pretty cold and since there is no heating available it was not cosy at all. Also the apartment is a bit run down.

The self serviced apartment is pretty spacious. The beds are pretty good. Also the kitchen is good.

The location is in an industrial area. The smell. Chose this place for the sea view but there wasn't one. The apartment is plastered with stickers telling you what you can't do. Guests are forced to wash their own dishes or incur a fee. So we found many greasy poorly washed things that we needed to wash before we even used them. Avoid the rickety porcelain lamp in the second bedroom. It feel over while closing the window. When I was paying to replace it, the owner admitted it happened often. Nor sure why he keeps buying the same nonsense lamp.

The lady we collected our key from was very friendly.

No barbecue area where we can use wood or charcoal, they have a gas grill which we hated, the place is a residential area it should market itself as such not a place for leisure, we went there to have a good time but we ended up worrying about sensitive elderly people around us.
