Bedroom felt claustrophobic as it was located in middle of apartment, no outside windows

Beautiful self catering apartment with adequately equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and decent outside balcony and air-conditioned. Well equipped for self-catering stay although lacked some home touches. Well situated and easy access parking. Coffee shop nearby for light breakfast.

Getting the keys and checking in was a challenge. The phone numbers provided did not connect to the correct reception desk. I had to phone the number about 4 times before I was finally connected correctly.

Super location. The apartment is in a surprisingly quiet location! I expected more noise from Somerset Road and surrounding businesses.

Very spacious apartment in a safe building with shops nearby and approximately a 20-minute walk from Waterfront. The kitchen has everything you need (although salt and pepper would have been nice).

Several issues with our room and poor service to solve them. They advertise two bathrooms but one is inside a bedroom and the second one has bathtub but no shower, making it impossible to shower there (water only comes out from bathtub knob, no shower "tube"). The door of one of the bedrooms didn't close (too big and didn't fit in the frame), and that same bedroom gave onto a generator which was noisy. One of my friends had to work and WiFi was not working for 2 days, we had to insist so much to get it fixed before it worked again. When we arrived seems the flat hadn't been properly cleaned (my friend found some hair in their bathroom sink).

Location is great, very central, close to some shops and short drive from main areas (V&A waterfront, Bo Kaap, Clifton bay and table mountain). Area is safe and the biggest bonus is the free parking. Apartment is well furnished and modern. Good price Vs other options in Cape town.

The 3 pot plants on the balcony was neglected. It looked like they weren’t watered or pruned at all. Such a pity as that would have just uplifted the area & make one appreciate it even more. Such a pity & remember plants are living creatures & needs constant caring. The shower drain was completely clogged up & that is due to poor maintenance & cleaning. When we arrived the bathroom bin was not emptied out which also speaks of the cleaning. There’s a small 2 seater couch with metal framing in the unit which was not comfortable at all. Also the one bedside lamp wasn’t working… again maintenance.

Loved the balcony as the apartment itself was very small so the fact that I could benefit from some fresh air & breathe a little & not feel so restricted in the small space was lovely. The table & four chairs on the balcony made our stay more enjoyable as we enjoyed our meals outside & was much appreciated. The location was very central and loved the fact that we enjoyed secured parking.

Studio apartment had all amenities needed. Great location, near V & A and very nice area with restaurants and boutique stores.

The bed and bedding were not very comfortable. I am not very tall and my feet stuck out a bit over the edge, also, the duvet kept coming out of the cover. Lastly, the blinds don't block out all of the light and it got very bright in the mornings.

Great location, and a large space with a fully functional kitchen, including a full-size fridge, washing machine, microwave, stove and oven. The apartment is cleaned everyday.
