When I went to shower at first the water was ice cold, but after contacting reception the problem was resolved. I didnt like the idea of a set menu for breakfast, we prefer buffet style but that's to everyones own opinion.

Small, intimate hotel, with exceptional service and hospitality. The room was gorgeous, comfortable and bigger than expected. If we're ever in that area again it definitely would be pur first choice of hotel

If I can I would book directly with the property. Some info on Booking.com was inacurate. Every person has a preference to bed specs, but personally I felt that it was too hard.

Lovely guesthouse! The staff were incredible, and the food and drinks were out of this world! I will definitely go back. The location is ideal, and for being in the city it really doesn't feel like it.

The bed was a little firm for our liking.

Lovely boutique hotel with nicely decorated spacious rooms. It has touches of luxury and we marveled at how pretty the decor is. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast and the staff (although few) were friendly and helpful.

Room 9 was beautiful. Enormous bed, loved the little kitchenette, bathroom was stunning. It is a beautiful place, easy to find, lots of safe parking. Loved the huge mirror and hair dryer holder. Lovely restaurant on the premises for dinner and breakfast.

Tiles is the shower felt a little slippery so would advise to be cautious and would have loved to see a Nespresso machine in the room. I feel the caliber of hotel could have this convenience available. Other than that, the Rasmus is one of the loveliest places I've stayed :)

Beautiful and comfortable room, the room smelt so fresh and incredible. Location was central to where we were travelling too. Very attractive property! Staff were very obliging when I requested some fresh milk for in room coffee. LOVED IT and would stay again. Lovely breakfast too.

we had to leave one morning at 06:00 for work and tried to organise a pre- packed breakfast of proteins like boiled eggs the night before. We had to ask several times and could not understand the resistance to fulfilling the request. it was fulfilled but only at 10pm at night and after sweet pastries were supplied. we work in the fitness industry. sweet pastries and breakfast do not go hand in hand. maybe more attention can be given to guest staying over for business purposes. the next morning when we arrived for breakfast at 7am when the kitchen is open the chef wasn’t there. we did mention that we will be there for breakfast at 7am since we had to leave by 07:30am. we had to leave to get breakfast somewhere else since the course we presented started at 8. but other than these slip ups which can be solved the stay was AMAZING!

Everything! The staff are amazing and the rooms are spotless. Food is exceptional. There is a generator for load shedding so everything functions like normal. It’s my go to in Pretoria. Perfect for business travel
