Firstly we struggled with getting our keys and the unit number. Staff was rude and couldn't assist us till 3 hours later. The room didn't have glasses, the sheets were stained.

There was nothing to like. I wanted my refund due to false advertising but they refused. It was dirty, no housekeeping, broken furniture, it was TERRRIBLE

Nothing. It was a horrible experience. Nobody cared to assist with anything. It was dirty, with a broken bed, it smelled horrible and extremely noisy. I was told to clean my own room. There was no house keeping, I stayed in a dirty hotel room for 4 days. Cocroaches everywhere. Aircon was not working. WORST EXPERIENCE. Total false advertising they refused me my refund

Booked apartment 320 for a 5-night stay. Unfortunately, we have encountered a few issues during our stay and were unable to reach the landlord through the usual channels. Firstly, we found someone’s finger nail on the floor. So weren’t sure of the apartment was cleaned. Secondly, we were disappointed to find that there is no WiFi available in the apartment, despite it being advertised as an amenity. Additionally, we were surprised to find that there is no iron in the apartment. We believe that an iron should be a basic necessity provided to guests, especially for longer stays like ours. Lastly, the shower in the apartment does not drain the water quickly enough, resulting in a bath-like experience rather than a proper shower. This was quite inconvenient for us during our stay.

The property owner had little or no involvement in making the client have a nice stay . The cleaners didn’t show up in my room for 7 days after calling multiple times . It took three days to get them to come fix my internet which ended up not working well . Basically made my work hell as I needed good internet . Couldn’t work the tv and there were no manuals anywhere plus terrible internet connection:. The owner didn’t even drop my room number or necessary details in my email until after I had got to the property and they told me I should have got it from the owner cos then didn’t know . They had to call them .

Problem is the privately owned units. No proper arrangements were made for me to excess in the excess control doors. I was late for my meeting because i couldn't get out of the building. No house keeping, I had to come back late and make my bed because no one came to clean the room.

There’s absolutely nothing to like about that property it’s worst property I’ve ever booked in my intire life the towels weren’t clean the bedding and sheets were dirty. I had to book another place cause I could not sleep in a filthy bed. The tv was not working. Remotes had no batteries there’s only one wine glass. There’s nothing right about that property

When we arrived staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. We went to a show when we came back place was flooded with rain water phoned reception who said they cant help us as housekeeping was closed. Had to sweep all water out of unit in the middle of the night. There were no batteries in air-con remote so we could not use it and it was very hot.

It says it is self catering there were no breakfast bowls to eat cereal out and the coffe and sugar tins were awefully dirty and old bits were stuck to bottom.

The WiFi didn’t work properly at all. The room wasn’t properly clean (for example there was a lot of dust and crumbs under the bed). It was difficult to contact the property owner.
