There are walkways on both side of the room so privacy is limited. The name includes Spa yet there is no Spa. The staff referred us to a far away place and we later learned that there is a SPA which is 3 minutes away.

The room was amazing and clean. The breakfast was great. The location is good. The staff was helpful with WiFi.

Very comfortable room in a lovely tropical setting. Breakfast was delicious and even provided us with snack box breakfast on the morning we left before sunrise on a Kruger Safari.

I cannot fault anything it’s the best

I loved everything about the property from staff to the rooms. I have never been to a place where we were treated as if we were the only guests( at that time they were fully booked). They paid attention to every little detail. I am definitely recommending The Reserve and will definitely go back.

The pool area wasn't quite finished, so it wasn't particularly comfortable to sit out at after your swim. They were however working on it as we were leaving so I'm sure if we were to go back, in even a few months time, it would be much improved (and up to the standard of the rest of the hotel). We were also disappointed that the road to Sabie was closed, as that was one of the reasons we picked that hotel - not obviously anything the hotel could control (closed due to flood damage), but we probably wouldn't have selected this hotel had we realised.

Lovely comfortable quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous (huge) bathroom with a great shower. The food was also lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open the second night we were there but the hotel was able to book us into their sister hotel only a few minutes drive down the road, which was a livelier spot and nice for a change of scene.

I absolutely loved the rooms, huge bathrooms. Very thoughtful in so many ways. Nice patio outside. Also rooms structured nicely for privacy. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature. They also have in house activities
