There were no usb plugs. It didn’t have a balcony but that was just miss communication between me and the Receptionist telephonically.

There's superb places to go to outdoors, we enjoyed ourselves indoors with no disturbance. Friendly reception, cleaners are always on time, everything is how it's supposed to be. It's really hard to leave when you're there though. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

The particular room we were in this time had to change sheets as they had stains, the couches needed a cleaning, but they sorted this out very quickly.

I’ve stayed here a few times, the facilities are generally good, clean, the staff is helpful, beds are comfortable with nice sized rooms, the location is good, close to Rosebank Mall.

The poor service from the receptionist and cleaning lady gave us a hard to when it came to providing room cleaning services. Staff was quite rude even when you call down stairs at the reception to report a problem. Receptionist hang up twice on me!

Spoke to the receptionist who I checked into the hotel with about extending my stay,asked about how much it would be & she gave me an amount.on the day i was supposed to check out i was relaxed & went down to extend my stay only to find a different receptionist named Lerato.Who gave me a different amount that was higher that the previous discussed fee.she wasnt willing to help she just told me I should've booked again online if I wanted a lower fee.I asked them to call the previous receptionist as I described her & the current receptionist told me she doesn't need to contact her & that what she said didnt matter.This was close to check out as I was relaxed thinking am extending my stay,we couldn't agree and even when she called the manager she didnt thoroughly explain the situation,she honestly just didnt care and I ended up having to rush check out with my wife(apologizing & booking another place mind you).Only Downside about my stay really.

The apartment I stayed in & cleaning staff.I must say there was a guy who was remorseful of my situation of extending my stay & even apologized.Something the receptionist should've fone but anyways.The place is really cool total value for money

Upon being taken to the room and after walking around we discovered that the room was not what we had booked - we were meant to have two double beds in the unit and the room was equivalent to a hotel room. Shortly afterwards the receptionist came and called us because she realised she had given us the incorrect room. We were then sent to the opposite end of the building to our unit which was the correct one. The cleanliness of the unit was not what I have experienced previously when visiting. The TV's are old and not smart TV's, there are no adapters for 2 pronged plugs, there was no complimentary milk to have a cup of tea or coffee and the noise levels all night were fairly aggravating with tenants / guests talking loudly long after midnight and the noise from the unit above continued all night into the next morning.

Extremely friendly reception staff who did their utmost to make us feel welcome and to arrange our accommodation, which was not ready upon our arrival at 18h00. The layout of the complex and the location are great, within walking distance to all of Rosebank's amenities.

Noisy guests thar disrupted our sleep several times in the night; Important maintenance not done— particularly front door locks, and locks connecting two apartments that were broken (into?) and not properly fixed Less important maintenance — like replacing broken kitchen and bathroom bins. Staff numbers seem to be cut dow, so on our last 2 stays our room was not serviced. We used to always stay here, but probably wont come back — better to pay a bit more for a comfy stay

Noise of other residents can sometimes be a problem. The inside of the apartments is clean, but the outside foyers and stairs is not always clean. There were garbage bags outside one apartment.

Inside the apartment is serviced daily. Very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the utensils ( crockery and cutlery) and kitchen appliances. I also liked the balcony. Close proximity to many amenities.

A little attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and cigarette smell.

Excellent location, close distance to shops and other amenities. Safe and secure too with ample parking. The room and bathroom was spacious and bed amazing to sleep in. The place is otherwise super cool.
