Breakfast was the same everyday. The pillow/cushion covers were musky and need changing between guests although the bed linen was clean.

Breakfast was wholesome. The room was clean and spacious

If I have to be critical, which I don't want to be, I would say I would prefer block-out curtains.

The property is beautifully maintained and very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and we really felt at home.

    Nothing

Candi, the host, is a sweet as her name. Together with Dave they run The Sabie Town House with ease and professionalism that makes every guest happy. Not one request is too much bother, all is handled with a smile by Candi. We had a minor plumbing problem in our booked room and were immediately upgraded to the luxurious "Marrakesh" Suite with living room, walk-in cabinet, fridge and coffee station, large naturally lighted bathroom and king-size bed with a lovely view of the clean pool outside. Breakfast is freshly cooked providing all you could wish for. Brewed coffee, yoghurt, an assortment of cereals, eggs to your liking, sausages, brown or white toast, fruits, muffins, marmalade etc. Dinner is not offered, but good restaurants are nearby so no issue at al. The location is excellent for day trips to the Panorama Route with "Three Rondavels", "God's Window", "Bourke's Luck Potholes", "Lisbon Falls" and others. Even the Kruger Park Phabeni Gate (58km drive) is possible to enter for a day trip in the National Park.

Pool and lounge spaces are very nice. Living and breakfast rooms are well decorated. Hotel team friendly and professional. No diner there but they can advise for a great restaurant in Sabie. They trust the customers as the bar is in mode "help yourself". Just write what it is consumed.

There’s nothing we can say about what we didn’t like about the property.

The common areas are simply great! All made of wood, great bar area, the bathroom in the tree is very nice to try out! The inside living room was very relaxing and I had a very good time reading there. The lodge is very well located in the Sabie town, just 1km away from good restaurants and also if you want to do the Panorama Road (which I strongly recommend). Our room was upgraded so we really don’t know how are the standard rooms, our suite was just perfect. Hugeeeee bathroom, hugeeee room, plenty of space to put your luggage, and a side door directly to the pool!

Sabie is a small town along the Panoramic route. The Sabie Guest house is located within walking distance of the Main Street. So the location is good and it was easy to walk to the small but good selection of restaurants there. The hosts are wonderful - warm, welcoming and want to ensure you have everything you need. It was quiet when we arrived so they kindly gave us a free room upgrade. The guest house itself is full of charm, very clean and well equipped. And finally, a great breakfast!

The unwillingness to provide rechargeable lamps during loadshedding at night. The driveway is very tight for large cars. The breakfast was the same everyday. The pool was very dirty. The rooms would be better if there were microwaves for late food.

I liked the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms and the breakfast.

The bed was soft which we are not use to but we slept fine.

Candy was such a very good host. She made sure we were comfortable and checked in daily to see if we were fine. The generator being on during loadshedding was a positive. Breakfast was very nice.

The room was large and clean. The bathroom had a large shower. The outside area was very well maintained and there was a great pool. The breakfast was very rich and was served very fresh in the morning. The hostess Candy was very friendly and gave us good tips for dinner. We would book there again in a heartbeat.
