It’s supposed to be a 24hour reception but you have to communicate that which is a little challenging as the area has such poor network reception. The wifi is only near the pool area and not inside the accommodation. You will not have wifi whilst inside.

It’s nice and clean and spacious with a modern touch.

The rooms had were a bit stuffy,the bathroom floors need to be cleaned properly they need scrubbing to remove the dirt build up. They we're no shower towels and we were not advised of this so we can bring our own towel. The bedding was clean but i personally feel it needs to be replaced as it is old. One of our rooms had a lick therefore we had to move the bed to a different side as it was raining. Could have been nice to have coffee in the morning there was no coffee or tea...i had to ake a drive and go buy in the morning.

The facilities are great very beautiful place. The host was pleasant,loved their pool very clean and the yard is well kept.

Clean bedding, I just prefer white . I was not happy with the fact that we showered in cold water. I think the host forgot to show us how to switch the geyser on. We only found out late night, it was still cold in the morning

Take note that there is no wi-fi. Kei Mouth only has 1 small supermarket where you can only get the most basic stuff. Our chalet did not have doap, shampoo, etc so come with everything. The closest place eith a little better supermarket is MorgN Bay, 15km away.

Nice and spacious. Well-equipped kitchen with large fridge. Braai-area outside with seating. Very nice garden. Swimming pool. Very supportive and friendly manager. Safe inside parking close to chalet. Wide range of TV channels.

The DV power box was starting to hang off the wall. There were cobwebs around the lights and in the corners of the walls. The floors in the bedrooms with 1 bed were separating, and all the floors around the house never felt clean. The toilet seat was peeling in some spots. Lastly if you go when it has just rained quite heavily and you don't have a 4×4 you will most likely get stuck in the provided parking area, so call your accommodation before hand and query about the weather.

The atmosphere was incredible, very relaxing and sort of unplugged from the rest of the world. The staff were very friendly and the pool was lovely.

First impressions count and after entering the unit l felt a bit shocked as the unit requires a good upgrade. Bathroom needs to be renovated as does the kitchen. No airconditioning in the unit, after the 2nd night we requested two fans for the two rooms as the humidity was unbearable not to mention the mosquitoes, but only one fan was functional. The pool and social area was satisfactory but also need an upgrade. From all the rain the parking area was totally muddy.

We all knew the place was self catering but we didn't expect we should bring out own towels our own toilet papers or own iron as all these things were not specifically mentioned that we should bring. I would definitely not recommend the place to anyone as we were not happy with my friends 😕

The location the atmosphere was great peaceful and quiet and our hoste was friendly we explored alot of things including riding a ferry.

When we got to the venue, there were no towels, no soap for dishes, no shampoos no hand soap, no toilet papers no iron. We were told its a self catering accommodation we had to bring our own. Very strange as there was nothing that suggested such when we booked. Otherwise Wendy is a nice lady but her hosting skills needed some working on. The following morning we had to wake up very early as it was raining and the room we were in was raining. Double room was 2 beds with 2 separate comforters, mind you were were 3 couples. Hay shame I would never recommend Thatches
