Absolutely Everything. It was spacious and clean and safe. It was very comfortable. We had Everything we needed. The view was spectacular. The host, Craig, was great at communicating and assisted with arrangements. The beach was a short walk away.

Rowdy neighbours blaring their music, getting slammed every evening and using seriously animated language. One would presume this was a week long stag party of young adults to the right bottom of Villa 22. Although security at the estate was good, I feel they need to be proactive to ensure compliance to rules of the estate. Rather up-date the loft area with no pool table as this was one of the main reasons we booked this unit.

The Villa is well equipped and comfortable. Definetly has the home away from home sensation. Owners have provided for all possible needs in this unit. A pitty the pool table was advertised, but not for use, although one can understand the owners concerns. The estate itself is well maintained with beautiful gardens and facilities.Security was also excellent with guards throughout the night patrolling after 20h00..

Some of the neighbors parked in our parking, did not seem like they belonged in the estate as they did not even had a pass on the window. But were moved very quickly by the security.

The location was perfect, the villa itself was everything we hoped for and more. We had an amazing sea view from the deck . The estate is well taken care off.

Absolutely loved our view from the patio and the music from across the way at night.

No back-up during loadshedding which was four hours at dinner time. There was enough candles and lights but no other facilities except the gas braai.

The lady at reception was not friendly. She spoke on the phone in the middle of service and only stood up when Indian/white guests arrived. The water temperature was difficult to mix

The beds and sofas need to be changed. Very uncomfortable. Only in the master bedroom bed was okay.

The View was amazing and plenty of bird life to see. Villa was neat and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked.

The stove switches are all in different locations for on and off and levels of heat. The numbers are gone.

Our stay at the Villa was absolutely amazing. The view and location is exceptional, with access to a pristine private beach. The Villa is beautifully furnished, the kitchen well stocked with every utensil and item of crockery you could need. The Estate is very safe and secure. We were incredibly impressed and satisfied with our stay. The owner communicated with us in detail about what to expect.

Lighting is.poor in the general bathroom, living area and toilet. The general toilet and bathroom are way too small . Not comfortable at all. Floor needs to be scrubbed before the next guest arrives Loft needs a blind or curtain , as it gets pretty hot up there.

The villa location and views were awesome. Villa size and layout was really comfortable and had plenty crockery etc. Candles and emergency lights were provided for load shedding and the gas braai was much appreciated .

I truly cannot think of anything I did not like.

The location is amazing with a beautiful view. The villa is spacious, clean, well-equipped with everything one needs in a home away from home. The staff, all of them, reception, security guards, maintenance, housekeeping, are welcoming, friendly, efficient and warm. Thank you for an amazing holiday. I would definitely like to come back.

The place was amazing, even though the weather was bad but the estate made up for that horrible weekend weather... The bedrooms are specious and comfortable. The views are amazing. It's clean and safe.

The speed bumps was not good to our car .. would have been nice to have parking near the beach trails
