Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I had a very comfortable stay here. The hand wash, shampoo and other toiletries provided come from this natural skincare company called Rain and were top notch. Towels were nice and fluffy too. Very nice and helpful staff.

IsraelNo real fault of the property, but the on-site facilities like the spa and restaurants were not operating because of covid (this was made clear on the site when I booked). It would have been so nice to really experience the place with all of that up and going, hopefully next trip.
The main reason I chose this place was because it was close to the family I was visiting on the trip, and I'm very glad I stayed there. The hotel itself is very beautiful, lots of quiet spots and trees and everything is very clean and well cared for. I loved the design of my room, and it was off to the side of the main building so very quiet and private which I value immensely. I didn't need to much but when I did everyone was friendly and helpful and there was always someone around if I needed them. Also as a coffee lover, I really appreciated having ground coffee and a french press instead of the usual pod machine in the room, really nice touch.

South AfricaUnfortunately none of the facilities were open - I was expecting the restaurant and spa, but sadly they were both closed and I believe we were the only guests and the place was only recently re-opened following eased travel restrictions - so it was understandable. Staff did the best they could, but still disappointing. Had to order in fast food. Also room is a bit cramped and the balcony is shared with other guests.
Nice location and the swimming pool was the highlight. This and the property in general has a calm, exotic feel. Helpful, if impersonal staff. Good quality finishings, carpet, bedding and linen - including gown and slippers - A very comfortable night's sleep.

The entire area hospitality, cool, the bathing accessories are excellent,I gonna buy some for myself and family. The tranquility was exceptional, with the staff ready to offer assistance all the time, like going to the pool and helping out with getting the place ready for us.

South AfricaStaff not very friendly. There were half a bottle of coke and water still in the fridge of previous guests. No door between bathroom and room, and no shower door- not very practical. Only one bedside table next to bed. The wood pathway to the room was busy disintegrating - can see that the place is not well maintained. Gate to swimming pool was locked and not accessible - on website, it looks like the swimming pool is next to the rooms, that it is not - very deceptive. Will not be coming back.
The location was good, very near to all the places we needed to go to. It was safe.

South Africa1. When we arrived the gate didnt open properly. The front desk lady had to come and open it manually 2. The check in process was not that smooth. (A lady was in training) She said whilst doing the payment : "Oh I see you are on a discount rate" 3. I didn't receive a key. The systems were offline so they opened the room for us. 4. The fridge in the room was not on when we arrived (it felt like nobody actually made sure that the room was ready. It was a booking made in the morning and we arrived at 2.30 pm. 5. The bathroom had spiderwebs underneath the sink 6. The bedding was dirty 7. The aircon was not working because of batteries removed 8. When we arrived back that evening the gate security had to get the keys from the front of desk lady because she was not at the desk but in her room. He then opened our room for us. Leaving me feeling unsafe with no key knowing that he could come in at anytime. I expected a 5 star experience but received a 3 start standard. I suggest you up your level of service and at least check the rooms before booking in guests. I felt unwelcome and like the staff were doing me a favour.
I loved the fact that it was close to Brooklyn Mall.
