We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were amazing. They treated us like royalty. The owner checked up on us regularly to ensure we didn't get lost. We were greeted with welcome drinks, a bunch of flowers and a snack platter. The jacuzzi was already heated for us on arrival. Our dinner order was taken in advance and served to us hot and fresh with a bottle of wine. Dessert was brought to us in bed. The bubble dome and bathroom was extremely clean, modern and neat. All meals were brought to us and all were extremely generous and tasty. This was the best place I have been to in all of South Africa!

Love the bubble tent concept- a unique and stunning property with picturesque mountain views. Wonderful reception from Ncami and Nolo, guests are really made to feel like royalty. The dinner was mouthwatering, with dessert being exceptionally pleasing. An overall great experience
