Went for swim, the pool was full of bugs. There was a creepy krauly in the pool but it was not on. When we arrived there was a thunderstorm, a braai for the deck would be nice incase the weather is not good.

The peace and quietness. The bed and pillows were really very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent in the shower. Had a overall good. Experience. The resort was not crowded. Everything was thought of in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this place.

Valentines picnic was dissapointing. Definitely wasn't worth R800. Won't purchase a picnic again.

The rooms and the location are phenomenal. The view is really breathtaking from all the rooms and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

No WiFi! There is a tv but free WiFi is a must nowadays and that would have been very helpful as my cellphone network was not supported in that area - there is however a coffee shop at "The Windfarm", not far from the lodge, with free WiFI. Also, although everything was clean, it was clear that maintenance (like most properties) are a little bit neglected. Not that it will bother you (it is more for the owner to have a look at this).

The location is perfect and if you need a quiet break away, this is the place to stay. The lodge itself is peaceful with very nice views (bushes though). I enjoyed the swimming pool and should you have kids, there are other things also to keep them busy. The mall is very close even though the property is somewhat secluded, thus a perfect balance. It felt very private.

Condition of some of the equipment, sand boards damaged and not able to use them. Boats not in good, clean Condition. The walks are not very utilised, so had to fight off many spider webs.

Location was amazing, tranquil scenery. Boma area was so cosy. Lovely pool area.

The place was really beautiful, I loved the dams and the available facilities. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room we stayed in was really cosy and had everything we needed.

The admin was a bit on the slow side. They didn't charge me untill 4 days after my stay. Apart from that, the place is really beautiful and tranquil. Sadly though there's no Seaview at all, the view from the chalets is most shrubs.

Scary spider greeted me at the braai area. Jokes aside, there is nothing to dislike about this property.

The absolute tranquility and beauty of the lodge left us yearning to extend our stay, unfortunately they were fully booked, none the less we enjoyed our stay to the very last moment and on the final day decided we would explore their hiking trail and it was absolutely amazing, they also have a viewing platform at the other end of their drivable road, with an absolutely gorgeous look over the property. We will be going back in the coming months, and will most likely be bringing the rest of the family to also enjoy the ultimately relaxing experience.

Nothing the unit was perfectly equipped with all the requirements of a perfecting our holiday. Nearby shopping centre to buy food and drinks.

Perfect peace not far from great shopping centre. Well equipped unit with beautiful view. Outside braai area where you can spend relaxing time - even blankets provided and wine on the first night. Will definitely stay here agin.

I booked the chalet for my sister to stay over the day before her wedding in order for her and her bridesmaids to get dress and take photos before leaving for the ceremony the next day. Tanya was so helpful and on the day of check in we were upgraded to another chalet which exceeded my expectation and they provided some bubbly which was an awesome surprise. The venue looked great and my sister will have beautifull wedding pictures. Will definitely go back again.

Balcony: very dangerously made with massive gaps between the uprights so that our child could fit his head, and slip his body between them, with quite a drop below. Please do not book these chalets if you are traveling with children definitely under 5, maybe under 8. BBQ packs: these are pre-made, frozen (ours were 4 months old) meat and are definitely not worth it. PLus you have to buy the wood separately which was unusual, and the BBQ area is highly overgrown, a bit away from the chalet and hard to use whilst supervising children Breakfast croissants: pre-packaged, dry and overpriced. Really not edible Overgrown forest: the forest is so overgrown it almosts stops the entire view over the damn Barge and fishing facilities: very tired and overgrown. We had to ask specifically for the fishing material. THe barge rope is really gross and green!

When we arrived the house wasn’t clean, patio was definitely not cleaned and was covered in sticky juice marks. Terrible drain smell in the house which we reported and were told that they were aware of it but would tend to it once we had left…The people that stayed next to us had a dog that constantly barked at us at the house we were staying in.

The location was amazing, we all loved the hot tub and enjoyed the fishing.
