One point deduction for thin wall to room 5 which lets you hear what happens next door. These are the only 2 rooms on first floor, so booking both as a family would be perfect.

Wonderful, antique-styled house with beautiful garden in closed and safe estate area. Owner & management very nice - thank you, Andrew & Stanford. We booked room 3 and asked if we could see other free rooms. No problem to change to room 6 for the regular difference between these two rooms. Room 6 on first floor was great and big. Separate seating lounge with great garden view. Comfortable bed. Bathroom separated by full wall from ground to ceiling. Non-buffet-breakfast and dinner which was no problem because rich and tasty.

Leaving it to fly home to the UK.

This is a beautifully decorated, secure property which I recommend unreservedly. The interior design is impressive and is matched by the welcome from Kim, Andrew and Stanford. The bedrooms and the communal areas exude elegance and style but are also comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal in the dining room, prepared and served by Stanford and probably, as a result, were not able to do justice to the excellent breakfast the following morning.

It's an older building with not so good soundproofing: We stayed in room #5 had a very noisy neighbour in #6 making phone calls after midnight which we could hear as if they were standing in our room.

Excellent breakfast, lot's of attention to detail, almost everything is homemade and delicous!

I liked everything - Nothing could be improved

A stunning property situated in a secure community.Stanford greeted me and provided afternoon tea on the beautiful wide veranda. Dinner was a charcuterie box as it was a Sunday and absolutely delicious as was breakfast. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for provided. If I could I would give this property 6 out if 5 stars. One of the best b and b properties I have stayed at.

Literally everything was amazing, the atmosphere is out of this world and so are the team and food. Special shoutout to Stanford that has been truly amazing to us. It felt like the time stopped for a night, we will be back for sure.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like.

Location is perfectly positioned and quiet with luxurious/heritage surrounds. The room is cosy, with unique touches yet very stylish and clean. Breakfast & dinner were exceptional. And Stanford, George and the hosts were always around, very friendly and helpful.
