The apartments which belongs to the hotel is of good standards..

There are a lot of individuals renting units at this apartment complex, some of those units are in very bad condition. Therefore be sure your booking shows Masingita towers and hotel.

Too much noise over the weekend, too many youngsters, party people.

The property was clean, facilities were good, very well decorated.The restaurant was very good , we ate very well. Overall a very good stay.

There were random hairs on the floor and the placement of the telephone was a bit of a problem for us. I don't know if it's that the room needed more than one telephone or we weren't focused on using the upstairs living room as much but getting to the telephone was inconvenient.

The room was amazing, the view was great and everything was made for comfort.

Wifi was not working at all, we contacted the reception but they were not able to solve the problem. Poor amount of coffee and tea: 2 sachets in a 2 bedroom apartment. There was also no possibility of having breakfast.

The apartment was spacious and with nice furniture.

During load shedding it was dark and I wasn't provided with lights or candles. Room had no aircon but I was at least provided with fans. There was no WIFI at all.

Reception is too close to the lifts. Noisy guests were so loud we couldn't communicate well with staff at some point. They should move it further off or have a way to control noisy guests.

Power cuts and I was only informed on arrival and told to pay more if I required an apartment with backup electricity, which I think I should have been told during the booking so as to make an informed choice.

Our room experience load shedding which was disappointing but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. Restaurant down stairs is really nice and so is the food. The security measures put in place when moving around the hotel made us feel safe.

Kindly improve your mattresses in the rooms some sink in. We were a group but found the cutlery and plates were not enough.. I think maybe give a heads up notice regarding the noise from the restaurant until wee hours so one is not caught off guard.. It’s not family friendly if you got kids too much exposure.

Overall the place is good, staff is very friendly and communication was good. Very convenient in terms of location close to the mall

There was a wifi problem and no complimentary water. The reception is not welcoming but too noisy. The pool is not family-friendly where it is situated. My sons could not go there to swim because there were lots of people from the pub who were sitting there.

The penthouse was clean and beautiful. The view at night was to die for; it was wow. I loved the decoration of the whole apartment. The linen was fresh and smelled good.

There were lots of things missing in the apartment e.g. minimal kitcheware, only provided a couple of hangers, some rooms had no bedside lamp whilst others had no tv. We were only provided one key for 6 guests and since you need your key to use the lift, it was difficult when we wanted to do different things. The pool is very small and is not set up in a way to use it - it is more an outdoor dining area.

The apartment was a good size, beds were comfortable, good views, all rooms ensuite and dining table was big enough to fit 6 adults and a high chair. Hotel provided travel cot and all staff were friendly and helpful

The property has improved a lot, I remember we were there in December 2021 and we were not happy at all, cracked apartment windows the furniture was ruined it was just not on. But no the place is beautiful and the security is 10/10 we were happy.

Lack of dishwasher and laundry facilities . No iron or ironing board constantly having to make a call to ask for this and they kept taking it back .

Could be better - needs more cutlery ,bowls and more pots etc . The bathroom drain for the second bedroom shower had unpleasant smell , after we alerted them they did pour something down the drain which made it better but not completely gone. No broom /mops in the apartment and just one dish cloth. This is all stuff that could be easily fixed so would happily book this apartment again .

It's not clean at all. I was disappointed from the core. You can see bathrooms were use by males, as they had pee on the floor and sit and they never bothered to flush. When you walked in there is a smell of wee all over the house. Dust everywhere as if we are not new guests. Couches and carpets have spots of dirt no one wants to remove. No towels in bathroom we had to ask for them. No dish cloth or mops yet it's a self catering. It's not meant for longer stay as there is no dish washer and washing machine. If they are not careful they rooms will rot under their noses cause cleaners are always in a hurry.

The property has a lot of traffic, too many prostitutes in the building and was not comfortable when you are a family with kids,
