There is a lot needed to be done. There are no coffee/Tea ficilaties in the room. Noise level from other tenant was bit disturbing especially after midnite.You should allow tenant to be able to iron there clothes in their room bring the iron to them. The tvs you might as well remove cuase one can hardly see anything and no sport channels.

The room we were located at wasn't clean, the fridge had stains and the floor wasn't properly mopped. We didn't have a TV remote and there was this white -indian like lady who yelled at the receptionist for considering our request to check out 1hour later. I found it very unprofessional.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The stuff was good too

Some customers where very loud which kind of made it a bit difficult due to the fact that this happens from the evening around @10pm to the am's, felt like there could have had some sort of rule towards that that'd be comfortable and fair for everyone in the property.

Had a lot of privacy and the stuff where very warm, helpful and welcoming.

1. There was a school booked and kids were making noise and knocking at the wrong doors. 2. The fact that upon checkout you need to carry remote controls and towels to the reception was a bit uncomfortable.

There were kids running up and down on the passages making noise, our room the shower wasn't good ar room26 we had to use towel on the floor, the Wi-Fi was slow and you had no channels just mnet1 and mzansi magic we had to go watch soccer somewhere else😏

when we first arrived there was a pack of used condoms right in front of the room that we were suppose to use during our stay and the second day of our visit we though maybe we would come back to sleep on clean bed with a clean bedding but I was so ashamed that when we came back the bed was the way we left it maybe I was misinformed on how tudor hotel work with their room services and their TV it only had 3 channels and that was extremely disappointing.

at least there was this Indian lady who was very nice to us I this she is the manager. Thanks to her for everything

The room was having a bad smell, window cattens were very dirty, bathroom with broken door, ppeople outside were busey making noise, care taker entered in the room while we were inside without any door knock, shower were having small head for showering you stay in the shower for almost 2 hours because of lazy water, fridge were diryt, wifi were not connected, i will never go there thank u even my friend i ll encourage to not go there.

I only loked the white towels it was so comfortable and clean

The website that I used to book at Tudor house hotel showed that the room will include kitchen appliances such as glasses, mugs, spoons, plates as well as a mircowave in each room. But non of those were available in our rooms as stated on the website. So I was a little dissappointed for mostly that matter.
