It was dirty,the room was not clean,there were sticks of matches all over the room ,very disappointed..all the things that you see in the pictures some weren’t there. No towels ,i went to the reception to ask for them they told me they will try to get them and bring to the room before 9pm by that time i want to bath🤦🏽‍♀️even before that 9pm even after they ddnt bring them

Nothing the service was bad the room was not clean. The lights where not working the fridge was not working properly. The was no iron & kettle in the room you have to go down steirs everytime you want to iron or boil water for tea. The sheets are not changed daily. I would not recommend that place

The rooms did not have towels. The bedding is not the same with the ones advertised online, colour is lost. The fridge is rusted. The tv was bad, no DStv. It was like watching TV in 80s. The rooms were untied and dirty. The comfort is not presented. What's advertised online is completely different than what is present on arrival. Terrible experience. Pillows were old and less comfortable. And dirty too. We had to ask for towels three times and were not delivered to us.

Only the location was perfect. The hotel is right at the city center.

The lady receptionist didn't allow me to using the air conditioning remote because she was using it she said to me there is nathing she can do that my room doesn't have remote. She said. I must come borrow the remote and return it can you imagine 😭😭

The remote wasn't working so I had to go there twice to get a working remote. The fridge was dirty, the floors were dirty (muddy type of dirty). The sink was clogged 😭 worm like brown things were coming out from the drain. I was even scared to use the shower. There's only soap (so no shower cap, no proper towels -just very old dry towels, and they didn't even have a shower gel). There was no microwave in rooms or even a kettle to make tea. There was no other sink, so you had to use the bathroom sink with the "worms" to drink water. The room was very small and there was not even one window in sight. In the early morning (5am) the staff was making a noise with vacuum cleaners and other metal objects that I could hear. It was very annoying and an unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend anyone visits this place!!! Overall I had a terrible experience 🙃

There lighting was dark because the window view was very closed to the building or Hotel next door, plus there was a urinal smell that was coming some how from the pipe line of the Hotel for some how.

There was no breakfast included from the Hotel in which I was aware of but at least there were shops near by to buy what ever food you wish to buy in which it was a tick for me.

Everything was a mess, the room we were booked for was dirty you could tell whoever was in it was very busy and left stains on a linen. Walking to 3rd floor with luggage was so not on. The room was changed to 2nd floor, but we could not even use linen in that room to sleep, we put on our clothes and sleep on the way the linen were dirty and felt uncomfortable to sleep using them. The noise, we had to call reception to ask people in a foyer to lower the noise as they were sitting, drinking and making noise after 9:00 pm as we couldn't rest. In the morning the guy was sleeping on the couches in the foyer, that was creepy.

I didn't like the bed at all, very uncomfortable I could literally feel the brings and the center was hollow. Shower had cold water, There's rats running in the roof. Smoking from other rooms travel to mine. These things can be fixed.
