My husband and I had a very comfortable 2 nights stay at Turaco Guesthouse. It is a lovely guesthouse and it is extremely well kept. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is good quality. It is also situated in a nice quiet street. The breakfasts were good, offering something for everyone.

Marlize & Johan really thought of everything & we had a very comfortable & enjoyable 4 night stay in St Lucia at Turaco. From the delicious breakfast to the very comfy bed, everything was thought of at a very high standard. You don't need to worry about load shedding as this is not an issue at Turaco. We would not hesitate to return.

Everything. Marlize was a wonderful host who really helped us organize everything we needed for our stay including helping us book some activities. The guest house is stunning, very clean and quiet but is still very close to everything that we needed. We will definitely be back next time we are in St Lucia.

The only downside is the small bathroom. A bit tight. But not too tight.

Marlize is an amazing host that really cared that we’ll have the best time. I never met such an great host! Even before we arrived, she was helpful and responsive with questions about the drive to and from St. Lucia and provided tips for that. Upon check-in she immediately handed us maps and helped us build an itinerary. She also asked if we need help with booking activities. When she learned that we were going whale watching early in the morning she suggested that we skip breakfast before, and instead she’ll have breakfast pack waiting for us in the room’s fridge when we returned. Both evening she asked what we would like for breakfast and suggested options for us to choose. When we were in urgent need for laundry after the whale watching, she immediately came to the rescue. She was also very quick to responses. Both before and during our stay. The place itself in nice. The rooms are large. Both the regular room and the family room very quite location. Not on the busy main street, but an easy 10 minute walk that felt safe even at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Turaco Bed and Breakfast because of its blend of comfort, convenience, and eco-friendly features. The property is immaculate, contributing to a sense of well-being the moment I walk in. The covered parking adds an extra layer of convenience and safety for my vehicle. With solar power and air conditioning in each room, the property effectively marries sustainability with comfort. The availability of WiFi allows me to stay connected, while the gas-heated showers ensure I never have to wait for hot water. The dining area exudes a welcoming ambiance, perfect for socializing or enjoying a meal. The swimming pool is a refreshing amenity that adds a touch of luxury to my stay. Moreover, the safe provided for valuables gives me peace of mind. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and quite soundproof, ensuring a restful night's sleep free from outside disturbances.

Pool & bathroom are a little small.

Turaco Guest House is truly charming!It is both centrally located & absolute value for money!The owner, Marlize is an absolute delight & goes above & beyond to ensure guests are comfortable & happy. She paid meticulous attention to detail, from ensuring the generator was on during load shedding to offering us breakfast packs (specific to my dietary requirements) if we were leaving on an early tour. Would be happy to stay at Turaco Guest House again on our next visit to St Lucia.
