There were a lot of doors to lock/unlock to get in. We found this OK for our 1 night stay but could have got annoying if we'd had a longer stay

Great location in the centre of town. Staff very accommodating with our late arrival when they hadn't been able to get hold of us easily! Breakfast was served at a cafe across the street & was delicious. Staff we meant the following morning were all very friendly

Our rooms (2&5) did not have air conditioning and the ceiling fans needed some repairs (noisy). Owners committed to have it fixed.

Located in the centre of town! Short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. Off street parking available. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bed. Breakfast was arranged at a local restaurant and was excellent.

The room was a little small and cramped. Being on the ground floor we were subjected to a lot of noise from the people in the room above us.

Service, cleanliness, position, security and breakfast were all very good.

Great welcome by the young man on reception . Chose a small double room that worked for 1 night overstay . Recommend that bath and hand soap are not watered down

At night the gate is locked, a key is provided but gates are heavy and awkward to close, could prove problematic for people. Bathroom was dated with a broken window handle so couldnt close it.

The room was perfect for me as a solo traveller, although would be cramped for a couple as there is very little floor space, located in a secure compound with onsite parking. The location is a two minute walk from the bars which were also fantastic.

There was not sufficient coffee sachets and NO sugar. There was also only one wine glass, although the room was marketed to sleep 2 people. I would rather market the specific room where we stayed for one person only, as the sleeping area was very small. The mounting angle of the TV was awkward, but you could still see.

Very neat and functional. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

No notice of power shedding times, travelling from the UK not knowing this each day was a major inconvenience, just a note in the room would have been enough. We were here in winter and there was no heating so room was cold and damp, there did not appear to aircon for summer either so worth bearing in mind.

The negative of being in the city center is that there is hussle and bussle, so don't book here if you looking for tranquility, especially during loadshedding as all the surrounding businesses start their generators during business hours. This is out of the Inns control and a result of a national problem.

The Inn is located in the center of Hermanus, a stone throw away from all the shops, the waterfront, and restaurants. We walked around at night and early morning and felt safe in the area. The rooms are compact, we expected this, however they are equipped with everything you need for your stay including bathroom soaps and a coffee bar with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast included was excellent, and we happily topped up the funds provided for extra coffees or additional items on the menu. We enjoyed our stay at the Inn.
