-No hot water when showering or doing dishes -Hard bed which was extremely uncomfortable -fridge leaked and didn't keep things cold enough as we would have liked -noisy neighbouring on both nights of our stay

When it rained the water was running down the wall by the fireplace where the roof needs to be fixed. It was a bit noisy with the other people being busy early morning.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help with anything. The accommodation building is secured and neatly maintained. It was in a safe location and the Spar was on the corner, an easy 2 minute walk.

Smelled like smoke inside. Broken lights. TV remote batteries not working. Very hot with low ceilings, no fan and traffic is noisy if windows are open.

The pictures of the place online is not a true reflection of what the place looks like.. The apartment which the 4 of us shared down stairs doesn't have wardrobes for our clothing we had to spend 3 nights living off out luggage bags, the room is too small for 4 people and it doesn't have any form of privacy. The 2 couches looks are old, dirty and uncomfortable. The kitchen is cramped and there are cockroaches. We are ladies but our stay in that so called apartment felt like we were some high school boys who just squatted for a night yet we had to spend the whole three days and nights at that place, it was not a pretty stay at all.

Unfortunately everything that you needed to use was broken or dirty. With a 2 year old this was not acceptable however we had already paid. Ceiling fan falling off the ceiling when turned on it hangs over the bed which is extremely unsafe, the tap in kitchen sink falling off, kettle rusted and dirty inside chairs both seats very dirty and not screwed on lights not working shower curtain filthy and hanging by cable ties, used own towel as did not feel hygienic using the ones supplied, toilet seat was wooden which is fine but all chipped and splintered so couldn't sit, the pool was an unhealthy green. Outside wooden furniture for our unit also broken can't sit as it swings from side to side. There was no electric fencing or proper security. We slept ontop of the bedding as didn't feel sure enough to use. We had parking, slept and the wifi was okay that was about it.

Holes in blanket, couch fabric was ripped, shower panel is broken and duct taped together. Kitchen Cupboard draw handles pull off. Kitchen counter rotten, front door doesn't latch must lock it to keep closed.

We arrived there and still waiting to be welcomed and shown our room,nobody is at reception,the curtains are broken,bin was broken,no remote for the tv.Handle falls of the bath.Beds are uncomfortable.The rooms really need a upgrade.

We were not happy with the bedding,They could do with a bit of change and get modern furniture.The Dstv channels were very limited aswell as the water.There was also a lot of ants in the room and the toilet paper was very cheap.Atleast a twinsaver would do.

First night the children was itching like hell. After switching on the fan last night I started itching when i went to bed. The place wasn't clean properly and even the next day. So why did they enter the Studio?😳. I had to buy kitchen towels because the one there was undescribably nasty. Just to replace it with an even dirty one full of dirt marks shameful. I can go on and on about the couches, the tv unit. We've eaten from the shops coz we didn't trust to use the utensils. I've scrub everything clean before we used the ones we used. I had to boil the kettle clean 🤭🤦🙆. I feel that I've waisted my money for real.

Sorry but there was to many negatives about our stay.

The guest house is not well looked after. Accommodation full of dust, toilet brush dirty and old. Guest house was nothing like that which was advertised.

Room nr 2, kitchen cupboards horrible.thin aluminum pot and pan really old, not useable; uncleaned 2 plate stove; shower door broken, bathroom extractor fan dirty full of dust, couches not as in picture shown, worn out material. Freezer compartment not cleaned. 3 steps between bathroom and double bed unsafe space to move; We left at 8am after one night stay.
