The DSTV was not paid so we did not have TV the whole weekend.

It was what we expected as a family, very clean and functional for our activities and it is near all the intertaining facilities

The toilet in the one bathroom did not work. The one fridge did not work. We put all our stuff in it only to realize it wasn't getting cold. No towels were provided.

Was an amazing experience. Absolutely amazing views and staff at reception were really helpful.

The house was not clean when we got there. There were dirty dishes all over and some left over food on the kitchen counter. The bins were also food and the water that was supposed to be provided was not there. No one came to tell us about the water situation. All in all we had no drinking water.

I liked that the house was big enough to accommodate all of us. And the house had everything we needed.

The braai (weber) wasn't functioning well: Lid was bend, no tray for the ash, no handle to move the braai. The stoep area wasn't very clean on arrival (lots of small papers, bones and plastic lying around the dustbin. Two wooden table-benches. Both need some varnish. One of the seats were completely broken. The big knives to cut meat or bread were all broken or blunt. Although one could see the cutlery was washed at some point, it was greasy to the extent that we had to wash all of it before we could use it. There were only two wine glasses of which one was chipped... Mix 'n match of cooldrink and beer glasses. One of the beds in one of the top bedrooms had dirty linen on our arrival. We had no water on the last two days to shower or bath or flush the toilets. However, that was a complex issue, since no one had water. Luckily the Jo-Jo tank had some rain water, which we could use to wash the dishes and flush the toilet.

Beautiful view. The cleaning lady was very friendly and came in every morning. She did a fantastic job! The washing machine as a bonus. Enough freezer and refrigerator space.

Uberkei is a bit run down. The place needs urgent attention. A number of doors were broken previously - looks as if it was kicked open. It needs a good cleaning. Cutlery was not complete. Glasses odd numbers, most probably broken, not enough to pour 3 glasses of wine or drinks.

Location. Close to the beach and hole in the wall. Restaurant had very good service and meals were great.

Really uncomfortable beds! The general infrastructure at the resort is in need of attention.

The view! Friendly and helpful staff. The spa at the resort was very good and the pool area was clean and comfortable. The beach towards Hole in the Wall was perfect! The resort was quite busy but it was peaceful and quiet up at the house.

The Sea view cottage needs to be refurbished. The furniture is old, it's not clean, the TV never works... The showers are so dirty, the stove is broken, the sliding doors are not clean. The sofas are dirty and worn off, they are begining to fall in. I really love this place. I just wish it was better taken care of. Also, there is no WiFi. MTN network works... So it would have been amazing to have WiFi connection. The WiFi part is not a must, but all the other things are really so basic and it's disapointing. I wish better facilities were offered. very uncomfortable stay.

I love booking this place, every year I do it. The scenery from the cottages is amazing. However I was disaapointed by the conditions of the cottage. So it might be the last time booking it.

Place was not clean, it smelled of burnt cooking oil and the floor was sticky, some of their shower tabs are not working, there were no bath towels provided, curtain are torn, 1st bedroom sliding door doesn't close, the receptionist wasn't friendly at all

Broken front sliding door. Got locked out the unit as the latch inside drops whem you close the door. Water interuptions. Bed was very uncomfortable. No fans in the house. Desperately needs a good paint. House was dusty and felt dirty. Water was dirty.

Almost everything was disappointing. The roads were terrible, throughout the day the water was gone, the prices of everything was ridiculously high, the games in the unit were from the 90's,the cutlery and crockery were extremely old and not well looked after. The pool boy spent 2 and a half hours cleaning the pool on the only day the sun happened to be shining, absolutely disappointed to have travelled so far and have to drive 2 and a half hours on the worst roads in South Africa. Definitely not worth the price I paid and wouldn't recommend any friends and family to book in.
