Booking.com directions are incorrect to the unit. Host did not provide us with entry info to property prior to arrival Cleaning of unit was still in progress when we arrived at 15:00 Minor attention needs to be given to braai utensils, no braai container, blunt knives, broken braai grid

I think it was a bit too small. The sleeper couch is very low and could do with a cleaning.

The finish and attention to detail. Front door difficult. Shower head inadequate, Basin too small, Kitchen tap leaking badly, walls and paint work poorly done, the double bunk needs a safety rail on the top bunk, the price for what you get is out of order.

Bunk bed frame broken unsafe for my children to sleep on. Matrasses on bunkbed thin and disgusting. Pull out couch disgusting could not sleep on it and we were 5 so sleeping was horrible. Washing mashine not working leaking. 2 dishwasher tablets for 5 people for 3 days very poor. Absolutely no pack space for food in cupboards and we were 5 for 3 days. Worst stay ever

Unit 4 - not cleaned, linen smelt moldy, no mattress protector & plenty marks 🙈, kitchen utensils were nasty. Both bunk bed & main bed haf been repaired, both beds sink in the middle. Won't be going back!

Prepaid meter ran out of units. Nobody could or wanted to assist us. Luckily we got a refund for one day. Shower Head needs to be replaced. Advertise that the unit has a washing machine and dishwasher but both does not work. Bunk bed for kids not comfortable at all. Not meant for a family but two people at most. Cramped and no space especially with the choice of furniture and broken appliances that just take up space.

First of all, there was no electricity (Zero units on the electrical DB board), we reached out to the gentlemen who gave us the keys to the cabin but without success. We then reached out to the owner who couldn’t really assist, he directed us to the resort manager's office located 400m to 600m from the cabin where we had to buy our own electricity and hope for the owner to refund us. To our surprise, the resort staff noted that this was not the first occurrence. The towels were not clean, the main bedroom had stains all over it. The bank bed in the kids' bedroom needs attention. The blue couch in the living room equally needs urgent attention. There were already complaints about these in the feedback book but the owner has never taken note. The staff who took us to the cabin was unprofessional and never responded to any of our calls after we got there. Our stay was so awful that we had to shorten it. We only stayed for one night instead of two. I cannot recommend it to anyone especially if they have young kids.

At least there was a gas heater it was cold. It made a big difference.

Wanted to change date, was still in time according to booking.com, but couldn't change, had to leave 1 day earlier for husband's work, lost that money. Problem with power, had no power first night, had to through meat away. Send owner whatsup to explain about our loss, but didn't reply

Advertise the cabin with washing machine and dishwasher but dishwaher was faulty and the washing machine cant me use only for use of the owner so please dont advertise it with all this but it cant be use people book their stay on what is advertise an their needs

On 26 Dec we went to uillenkraalsmond for the week! The people at the gate did not know that we were coming. I contacted the manager and he also did not know anything about our arrival! I phoned the number on booking.com numerous times with no success. I tried to contact booking.com also with no success. I asked the manager to give me the owners number and he refused. We then thought the booking was a haux and started looking for another place to stay. We also went to the address on booking.com. That showed 22 Fourie Str. Outside the resort. On Tuesday the owner contacted me and asked me why we did not check in. I told him our situation and he was very understanding and accomadating. We want our money back from booking.com, because we did everything right and received no help from them.
