It was a great change of scenery, the lodge is so beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food was on point 10/10, from the breakfast to the dinner. Overall it was a beautiful stay, and the rooms were spacious and modern.

The fact that you don't allow us to braai in the facilities while we relax... We were forced to go out even though we wanted to swim and chill by the lodge

One of the rooms we had had no hot water for 2 days, and the bed in that same room was hard to sleep on (rooms 40).

I liked scenery around the lodge.. the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant staff was rather unpleasant. Upon check-out at approximately 06h30, I asked the gentleman at Reception if it would be possible for us to have breakfast and he said yes. When we got to the restaurant, one gentleman welcomed us and informed us that the hot food items were not yet ready, however we were welcome to have some cereal while we wait. Just as we were grabbing plates and preparing to toast our bread, the lady in the restaurant came to let us know that "breakfast is not being served yet". I told her, the gentleman at reception said we could have breakfast and so did her colleague in the restaurant but she proceeded to tell us we couldn't have breakfast because it wasn't 07h00. I found this odd considering that our rate was inclusive of breakfast and more especially because some food items were ready for serving. What harm could we possibly do by having what is already available? Please also check on the drainage system in room 3.

There was no fridge in our rooms. I understand that you need to pay extra to get a room with a bar fridge but should this not be a standard thing, especially seeing that it’s so hot in that area? Management should really consider this. I understand paying extra for a nicer view or TV, but really a bar fridge is a must and not a luxury. Other than that our stay was amazing!

The lodge is beautiful, the rooms are nice and big. The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcomed. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was delicious!

Had the Buffet and there wasn't really much choice and overpriced,the room didn't have a fridge which was a slep as getting ice from the facility was a mission, the phone to the reception didn't work .

The place is beautiful it does look like the pics and the Staff were great especially our waiter Siya, he made the stay more relaxed.
