I‘d suggest offering more than just one kitchen towel. And our gas ran out mid cooking, which lead to us having to throw out food that spoiled in the process. The issue was relatively quickly solved though, but that was disappointing.

Having beach towels and cleaning supplies was a great touch

My host Mariola was an easy-going lady, considerate with great hospitality skills. I would love to be hosted by her again whenever I come back to South Africa and I won't hesitate to recommend her to my friends. The building itself is highly secured and the location is clean and safe to walk or drive around. Our experience with Mariola was amazing. The staff in the entire property, particularly the cleaning ladies of Mariola's apartment are very professionals. On top of that, every day they come to clean the apartment, even when I'm not around, they'll leave it spotlessly clean.

The system deregistered us out before the check out day. We had trouble at the gate both In the morning when I was taking my daughter to the school bus and now when we were leaving. System at the gate not registering us and reception closed. This can make people be late for flights as well we had to rush for the bus after I had to plead with security that I’m rushing my daughter to the school bus.

With the challenges we face with the electricity in our country, it would be great if they installed an inverter so that the guest will not be placed in a position where work cannot be completed and preparations for your next day’s meeting interrupted. I would suggest an inverter be installed

The property was large and well layer out. Excellent for longer stays with just about about everything you need.

I can’t fault the property at all, apart from the noise of the construction from the opposite building which was a bit annoying on a Saturday morning.

The property was beautiful. The owner has attention to detail, from the furniture to cutlery I was so impressed. The property was clean.

Firstly we had a parking spot so big a truck could park in that bay.sea view is great and view of umhlanga and beachfront stretching to durban. New modern elegant iconic building ideally situated near all arterial roads. Apartment comfortable and clean with all amenities . Host was a exceptionally good person. Everything was true value for money.

Would have loved if there was a bathtub because of my kids but we managed. The facial biometrics was a bother and we had to seek help from the reception desk on many occasions besides that it was a lovely apartment.

The beach was not walking distance but it was a sea view apartment

The apartment was cozy. It felt like home . The owner ensured that all the necessary toiletries, bedding, towels etc .was available to make our stay comfortable. Although it is a self catering apartment, it has all the necessities of a hotel. enjoyed my stay.

Would like it to have a gas monitor or alarm. Just as a safety measure. To notify one if the gas leaks or too much in use. Bit more blankets for chilly evenings perhaps.

They should improve on cleaning days. Stayed for 5nights 4 days and never saw a cleaner

The property is in the prime area close to amenities. In terms of security it is just top notch. Felt very safe and secure and even the staff was helpful all the times. The hostess is super amazing she went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable
