We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything the staff did was great!! Food was excellent quality... Our unit was immaculate. The bed was warm and snuggly and the staff went out of their way to see to our needs.

South Africawe specifically book places that serve an evening meal when we are travelling but when we arrived we found that we were the only guests so no staff other than the manager there. He did recommend a pub / restaurant nearby which did have excellent food.

South AfricaThe bathroom was beautifully renovated, but the shower may be improved with a small step to keep the water inside. Otherwise we had no complaints.
We had a lovely stay and our room appeared to be newly furbished - clean neat and brand new. We enjoyed the outside space under the rees for our morning coffee. The Inn has a lorge well kept garden and swimming pool which is essential in the hot summer months. Thank you to the staff and manager - we will be back should we travel through Aliwal North again.

South AfricaCan't think of anything that could have been better. In relation to its price it was a good deal. Its location relative to the town of Aliwal North is ideal, because the town itself is showing signs of inept municipal management.
The inn is located in large well-kept gounds on the outskirts of Aliwal North. Undercover parking was close to the room. Reception made us feel welcome and at home. Staff were friendly, the bedroom comfortable, and the dinner and breakfast of good quality. Everything worked well.
