The dstv subscription was not paid when we arrived, we to call them and tell them about it. Although it was eventually resolved, it was annoying to have to wait like they didn't know we we coming. There were no clean blankets and it seems as though the bedding was not washed from the previous guests.

I liked the location and that the caretakers were available when we needed them.

Staff was not visible. The cleaning staff didn't clean properly. Or visible on a Sunday. No security at the premises. No rules visible and no inventory done. The bathroom needs to be painted, the bathroom sink is very uncomfortable to use. No WiFi and the pool was dirty.

Apartment/rooms was not ready on our arrival had to wait 3 hours. Washer/dryer did not work. Neighbours was bit noisy. No information about nearby tourist attractions available.

Apartment was close to restaurants and food stores. Well equip with everything we needed for our stay. Matrasses was really comfy. Aircon and fans were life savers.

Pipes blocked up and drain water spilled in kitchen. Maintenance needed to be done during my stay there. Price charged was different from price advertised by Booking.com.

We battled to get into the unit, as the number provided by Bookings.com was incorrect, and when i contacted Carla she was very rude about me phoning her. Carla did give me the correct number to contact and we were then able to get the keys to the unit. When there, the only coffee table for the lounge is broken, the glass top was badly broken and has glass pieces still left in it, which is a very bad risk for injury to kids or adults not aware of it before seeing it. The beds are very hard and some of the pillows are so thin they may as well not be on the bed, the unit definitely needs to have new pillows that are comfortable. The kitchen sink had no dish soap and the sponge was filthy and couldn't be cleaned. The unit is a 6 sleeper with 2 sets of bunk beds, so the likelihood of kids in the unit is high. It would have been nice to have plastic bowls & cups at least for the kids, but there wasn't anything there for them, its all glass, so it could be a high risk of breakages in general. The window by the shower has a gap in it, the louvers have fallen, so it is uncomfortable showering by a window that can be seen into. The one bed room fan/plug was not working, which made a hot night a little unbearable. Some of the floor tiles have started lifting.

We liked that there was a separate shower to bath. The lounge was comfortable. The aircon works nicely. The bunk beds did have safety rails and lowish to the ground.

There was no one at the gate when we arrived,check in was a bit of hustle. Also water supply was cut at 9 am,without any communication

The room was not upto standard, old with an aweful smell, tiles in the kitchen were not good and the kids room there was something not upto standard as all 4 kids couldn't sleep due to the itchiness - it was either the beds or linen. The staff that knocked at our door the following morning was rude 😒

The shirts even if they are washed but they don't smell good The cleaning is not satisfactory It doesn't have a good smell I wonder what kind of products are being used to make sure the place is proper specially after experience we had globally of covid 19

Dstv wasn't paid for, it was a hussle having kids in the house with nothing to watch. Phoned the person in charge but they still didn't pay for TV until we left. Very disappointing And the bathroom lights aren't working.

The rooms are are designed for a family comfort.

There is small maintenance things that need to be done and the hand over of the key needs some work i have rented a unit in same complex before not as nice in side but the handle of the key is better more of human factor. Aircon is making big water mess needs service . And small things need attention
