The staff was amazing, the best I've ever encountered. Super friendly and always happy to help. The view from the Skyroom is to die for!! The game drive and spa treatment was awesome.

What is not to love about the Cradle Boutique Hotel? It is in an excellent location with proper roads, yet in the middle of a serene and tranquil forest. I loved the room, it was cosy and comfortable. Beautiful as well. I enjoyed exploring. The spa, the restaurant had amazing food. The game drive was so fun and informative. The staff, all staff was just so helpful and friendly.

Thank you so much to Cradle B Hotel for making my mom’s birthday so memorable. The stuff were so helpful and Jerry at the restaurant went beyond to making her birthday celebration so special, our room was beautiful and peaceful. All the golf cart drivers were friendly and so helpful.

Everything but I mostly loved the stuff. Everyone was welcoming and assisted us with a smile on their faces. A special thank you to Innocent. We was by far the best potter.

When I phoned to advise that we would be a late check it took about 20 minutes to confirm my booking. Having to choose between a fruit juice and coffee as part of the package seemed a little petty and not a condition I had ever come across before.

The overall experience, from arrival to departure was excellent. The room with its view across the valley was a delight. It was a very personal experience.

The dinner this time was disappointing- not their usual high standard- lamb shank was tough / overcooked

Love this boutique hotel- you feel like you’re totally out of jhb- even thought only 45 min away. Incredible hospitality and staff went out of their way to assist my mom in her wheel chair- which was 5 star service. The pool area is lovely- and their new spa is a great addition.

The service at the restaurant on Saturday evening was not great at all. And the kitchen opened late on Sunday Morning, so we were late for our game drive. They also didn’t have the pastry board that we wanted to order.

Loved the location and there is a lot to do. Our classic fossil tour was absolutely awesome!

The fact that there are snacks. The gamedrive was just a waste of time, we didn’t even see any animal for a whole 2hrs.

I like everything about the place. The food was great, the staff were very friendly and professional, always there to assist and their WhatsApp for communication was on another level, there was always someone quickly responding to our request
