We felt very welcome with the the exceptional friendly receipt at reception, trips on golf carts also very very good. All staff members trained very well and friendly at all times. Most definitely will visit again. It was our 2nd time.

Was only informed a week prior to our travel about the swimming people that was under construction and it was very hot!

Just felt the shower in the sky room needed little bit of work in terms of colours and tiling to give that comfort in terms of cleanliness to match the rest of the bedroom, since it was beginning to grow mould.

The breeze and views it gives are unmatched, it’s easier to get by with porters at your service with every turn that is on a 100% the overall service amazing will definitely come back.

The game drive did not really have animals to see literally saw two I think

The cheese cake at the restaurant and the service, the communication between staff excellence, from the get to check in everything is aligned that’s absolutely amazing , staff very friendly and all speak in one voice , love it

I didn’t like that there was no hiking trail, apart from the guided walk. I was not willing to pay R300+ to walk. I didn’t like that the pool was under construction and I was only notified of this after I had made my booking.

Enjoyed the views and the room was incredibly spacious.

The rooms could be a bit more modern and they'll could do with smart TV or a better dstv package that caters for all races

Honestly, if you are looking for a real Safari experience, then maybe you should look elsewhere. The place has no big 5s. We took the Malapa museum tour and the receptionist made us really uncomfortable she was just there all the time watching us like a hawk whereby we did not even get to fully emerse and enjoy the fossils replicas. There's a small entrance fee to the museum, I am not sure how much it was, which was not a problem. Well just a side note, the UNESCO World Heritage Site at Swartrakens is roughly 18 km from the property. There are many other different sites where fossils were discovered, and they have been converted into little Sites to see.

The food was really great. The waiters were great. The reception is 24 hours on call. There are porters who transport guests around the property, and they are very helpful, and whenever you call for assistance, they come almost immediately. The entrance is close to the parking with a road that is suitable for all vehicles, including the low profile type. There's security personnel presence all the time. When you arrive you find the porters waiting for you already. Kindly leave a tip if you can.

The view by the rooms was not as impressive.

The rooms were cute and different. Very clean. The service of being fetched and moved around in a golf cart was lovely. The view and food at the restaurant was awesome. The hot bath on the balcony in the room was the best thing ever!

It took a while to get the hot tub going but eventually it worked and they were responsive when we logged the issue

Loved the hot tub at the sky room, they should make the expected time to start it up should be min 3 hours

The only thing I can fault is the desert at dinner, everything else was exceptional.
