Lovely modern hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfasts. Staff are super friendly and a special mention for Tembi the receptionist needs to be made. Tembi is the epitome of customer service and a Gem in the Aha Crown who went out of her way to assist us.

What a great time my family and I had. The staff was so friendly and even during load shedding they were so helpful because I travelled with an 8 month old so they helped me clean his bottles and prepare water for his bottles. My family and I had an exceptional time. We will definitely go back again. The breakfast was filling and for lunch you are right opposite The Village Mall which is convenient for lunch and dinner. And once again, thank you Poloko for your hands on help.

Must check shower heads too. Room 235 showe head needs changing, toilet a problem, aircon not working..all in one room. Must check doors that they lock well in all rooms. Door doesn't lock from inside in room 229 where I was subsequently moved.

Clean comfortable rooms, big enough so you don't feel like a sardine in a can.. Your room is prepared before you arrive, and the aircon has been swiched on to have the room at a nice cool temp, something that I very rarely experience at any other hotel or guesthouse. You feel welcome and all the staff is professional and helpfull
