The apartment was excellent so clean and very homely. Staff were super friendly. Bar area nice and roof top terrace very comfortable with amazing views. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend.

Serious lack of soundproofing - we could literally hear the couple on the other side of the wall having a muffled conversation while lying in bed. Street noise can also be quite hectic with the window open. Lack of parking is also not great, and parking on the street is super expensive. Kitchen came with plates, bowls, cups and drinking glasses, but no knives, forks or spoons! No cloths for washing up dishes either.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the cafe downstairs makes excellent coffee. Great to have the option of opening a window for fresh air instead of only having air-conditioning, althought there is that too, should you prefer. Tons of storage space, good bathroom, and very large shower.

The location is excellent, in the city centre close to several important museums, the Company Gardens, and the busy social world that is Long Street, with a comfy room ideal for a single traveller.

Everything was fine.

It’s a great place to stay with a friendly staff and great facilities. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The location is close to the centre of town and it’s easy to walk to many of the sights. They have a bar restaurant where many locals drop in and regular entertainment.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was big and comfy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the restaurant as well, really good coffee.

Although the room seemed to be cleaned well, there were lots of hairs that weren't mine, which made it feel less hygienic.

The location is good, staff very friendly and nice to be able to do some laundry in the room.

Small things/details like blow-dry didn't work an freezing department from fridge was not defrosted properly. Offered coffee (sticks) and water cooker at room but no tea bags?

Breakfast was possible in restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff Google quality breakfast for reasonable price. Rooftop terrace very nice and possibility to have dinner there is a bonus.

It is somewhat unsafe. People not staying there have easy access to the rooms which isn’t great. There was a band on one of the nights which we could hear from our room. Had we intended for a quiet night, this would have been a challenge especially because we were not given prior notice of the noise. The restaurant/bar also closed very early which forced us to go out to get food after 20h30.

It is very centrally located which was great. The bar/restaurant downstairs was also great. The staff were also very friendly.

It’s the bar on the pool areas, if there’s an event we are not allowed in the area even though booked for the stay. In all if the are people in the bar we are not allowed to swim in the pool which is very unfair

The lift was out of order and we were on the 2nd floor. We are luckily fit active people, so it did not bother us too much.

I liked that it was an apartment, which meant we could self cater. But the on site restaurant was also a good option. The facility was really clean and neat. We had good Wi-Fi and I was impressed by the XL Smart TVs already connected with internet. Air-conditioning also worked really well in the hot weather. Overall a very good experience. Thank you!

The parking is in another building next door and 7 floors up, which is a little inconvenient.

Property is central to everything I needed access to, nice restaurant and pub at the ground floor and little pool on the roof with a bar. Staff clean everyday, rooms are fully equipped, staff are helpful. KFC and Macdonalds within walking distance.

I loved the vicinity of the hotel, right in the city center. Most sights were incredibly close and approachable. The rooms were easily accessible and clean. Well stocked and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and kind. Coffee and breakfast were splendid and freshly made. The kitchen offers a variety of different cuisines.
