The guesthouse is not as beautiful as it appears on the photos especially my room which was an executive suite. It looks like it was beautiful then but now it is due for a facelift. For what I paid for my room didn’t even have a balcony whilst a deluxe room which is upstairs but costing less has a balcony and is and a better view by default. Some staff are kind and warm but not all of them. Also the place is not run professionally looks like the gentleman who is helping with its management is there on a part time basis. He came around 14H00 on the day I checked in and was eager to make sure we are checked out at 10H00 and He closed. Even though I had asked for an hour late check out because I had a meeting I was literally chased out of the room at 10H00 by a lady who told me she wanted to clean. And the manager closed the dinning area which I would have even paid to just seat and properly have my meeting. I was using my own prepaid data. The place has great potential but needs professional management.

1.One of the cleaning ladies offered me an early check in because she felt sorry that I was waiting for 14H00 on my car and it was very hot on that day. 2. The gentleman who is manning the reception recommended that I get a pizza at jungle monkey which I did. And it was the best pizza that I have ever tasted.

Room didnt match the value of what they charged me. Bathroom towel were not clean. Breakfast not good at all, i asked for takeaway, packaging wasmt impressieve they put it on a plastic bag ( checker).

This place was a joke! When I arrived there was a party happening upstairs. The people were so noisy and my room was in front of a kitchen! There was this awful smell in the room, windows didn't close properly, and I couldn't sleep because I was worried about my safety. This is the worst place I've ever booked.

The chef and the receptionist were great! The chef prepared the most delicious meals. I appreciated the receptionist/welcoming guy's professionalism, and he was helpful.

Everything, firstly, we had two rooms on different floors, after I was informed that we had a suite for my family of four. The wooden floors were cracked and I kept stepping on it and hurt my feet in the process. The rooms were dark and gloomy. Breakfast was late and cold and very unappetising. No security, grounds looked like a dumping site. I would not recommend it to anyone. It is more a 1 star than a 4 star.

We stayed in room 1 and while the room itself was lovely there is a bit of waterproofing issues, a few hours after check in the room developed a damp smell from the rains.

Lovely property with spacious and clean rooms. The bed was especially comfortable and the food amazing!!! I had the seafood platter and everything was cooked to perfection. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

The quality of the blanket they offer is amazing. It's not those cheap fluffy ones that make you sneeze and aggravate allergies

I was not assigned the room that I booked, my booking was for a downstairs room with a garden but I got a room upstairs without any explanation. Secondly, there was load-shedding which affected the availability of water, the conduct of the cleaning staff around this issue was not standard.

The facilities are good and the place is comfortable.

Toilet was running continuously, notified reception at 18h00 and was informed it was attended to when I returned from supper. Msgd the contact, but not sorted. Water was running the entire night, in morning was told that he went home at 7pm, so no one to assist.
