There was a little mold stain in the bathroom ceiling.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Everything is in walking distance from the venue, situated nicely in the middle of the town. Breakfast was very tasty. The art exhibition was a real treat.

The room was big, bed comfortable and Mathew, the manager, was totally hands on. Staff in restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

I choose not to have breakfast but opted for a mid morning meal- good service and good food. The milkshake was the winner though. I had a lime milkshake, the best I have had in many years

What a treat it was, to say the least. We were blessed in so many ways. The room was clean, neat, spacious, and super comfortable. Loved the little treats of artisanal Von Geusau Chocolate (home to Greyton) and the little jar of delightful biscuit nibbles on the tray with the tea's and plunger coffee etc. The tasteful decor also created that home away from home and set a great space to relax. The garden was just as nice, and we spent some time reading the Word and soaking up the tranquil outdoors. With the guesthouse situated on the main road in the heart of Greyton, we set out on foot to explore the tiny town (filled with many treasures - beautiful people, art in various forms, and treats). We also got to explore the nature trails up the mountainside and along the river - so beautiful. Via's coffee shop has a great menu, and the breakfast and coffee were very enjoyable. The management and staff were very friendly and attentive. Matthew was absolutely the best! We were also spoilt for choice with the variety of restaurants within a short stroll down the road. Their menu's catering for a variety of palates and budgets. Loved the few days we spent there and the beautiful people we met ❤️ Hope to be back soon!

Not really an issue in a small town like Greyton but a safe parking spot behind a locked gate would have been a nice to have. Parking is off street but close to the rooms.

Very good! Wide choice of breakfast available at very reasonable rates.Seating area was very comfy and brings you in the feel of the activities on street.

Nothing to say here we liked it all.

We loved the setting, the peace and quiet. Especially found the fact also that they offer prime and Netflix as well as YouTube and Playstore options on the smart box is quite amazing! Mathew and staff were friendly, helpful, kind and made us feel extremely at home. Breakfast excellent and value for money! We are planning our next visit already.

The room was large and airy with easy access (no steps). The bed was very comfortable and the linen was the best. There were large towels in the bathroom and thick bathrobes. The complimentary breakfast each morning, in Via's cosy restaurant ,was delicious. Despite some serious electrical problems Martin did everything he could to resolve them for us. We liked everything about our stay.

Instant coffee (would have loved filter or pod machine) and 5 Roses tea, waiting very long for breakfast this morning (admittedly, it was busy but was over an hour wait).

Location, quiet and cool room, very friendly owners, breakfast being included, door on bathroom, large rooms, WiFi access and generator! Biscuits in room were delicious (not enough) 😉

All was fine we would certainly visit again, the owner and his team were attentive and considerate and helpful. We were made very welcome and we would visit again if we were in the area. The parking offered was also OK.

It was good to have a choice, the fruit and choice of options enables us to have great flexibility. Service was good and seating outside was comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxed and tasty breakfast Thank you.

The owner, Martin, is upgrading the accommodation since he bought the property a few months ago. We loved his taste so his rooms are a delight to stay in.

Very welcoming host and staff who were most helpful. They gave us a change of room which suited us better and made a reservation at a local restaurant for dinner.

there was no off street parking, although our host arranged for our car to parked behind their neighbours gift shop.

situated behind their eatery on Main Road in Greyton. No issue with noise dispute being on road where all the activities happen
