We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was perfect for our stay. Check in was friendly and staff were genuinely happy to see us. Knowledgeable of the area too. Rooms were spotlessly clean. We upgraded to en-suite. Even so the shared facilities were spotless too.

Situated close to everything. Friendly staff. The bar close by could be disturbing if you want quietness, rather opt for a room that looks over the inside parking at the back of the hotel.

There was no breakfast available, nor dinner, even though breakfast is advertised on booking.com with a tick, which is then included in the price; had to go out to seek a place for food. Once paid on booking.com, the confirmation booking stated there is no meal option with this room!!!
The location was good as it was close enough to travel to my business meetings.

GermanyWe enjoyed more than expected our stay, mainly due to the wonderfull owner and staff at the hotel. Everything was perfect especially for this price range. The room was clean and big enough, bathroom as well with great shower. The hotel offer a secure parking. They even offered us a coffee on our departure date. Friendly staff, you can enjoy a little drink before going to bed at the bar or play pool in a dedicated room. Thank you!
