1) Option to pay for cleaning of the unit especially if you stay more than 2 nights - I took all my stuff but the unit did not provide for adequate cleaning materials. 2)The Electrical points and Wifi need to be moved so that it is easily accessible . 3)Please indicate height and weight restrictions - we were ok as we are short and slim but my Brother in law will never fit in the shower or the bed !! 4)We missed the personal attention of hosts/ some one to welcome you- 5)I stayed there before my husband died and it is still some of the best accommodation around,6) Please provide more info on unit 3 as it looks bigger and ? may sleep 4 people

The stairs to the room and the fact that the toilet is downstairs was a bit inconvenient for people our age +60.

The gardens are beautiful! The decor in the cottage is lovely and everything one needs was there. The stairs to the room and the fact that the toilet is downstairs was a bit inconvenient for people our age +60. But otherwise everything was perfect and the view great!

The location is amazing,a great place if you need a quick gateway from the hustle and bustle of the city with your significant other. We stayed there for 4 nights and I wish we could’ve stayed abit longer. we will definitely go back and I 100% recommend this place.The host is the most amazing person you could ever meet and she is there when you need her.

The route for driving to the units is a bit too tiny. Perfect for small cars but anyway extra parking is also available at the bottom. Only if you have a lot of luggage 🧳...

The cabins are a home away from home, they have privacy, utensils, hot water, equipped to the T. Comfy place really.

The bedroom of cabin 4 was quite cramped in terms of hitting your head on the rafters. But otherwise extremely pleasant.

The parking space can be quite narrow if you have a bigger car, although we managed as well as we could.

We absolutely loved the interior decoration and how the space was utilized. Very cozy stay and the cleanliness was striking! Also getting the keys from a lock box made our coming and going effortless.

The was no electricity the whole weekend, power kept going on and off. but the host was kind enough to alert us about the electricity issues while we were there and apologized for the inconvenience.

I fell in love with the entire place, It was excellent, from the views, the peace that came with the area and the nearby shops. we had an amazing stay there. We would definitely go back there without a doubt.

You could still hear the cars from the main road throughout the night which took away the peaceful atmosphere

We did not have to bring anything else but food for the self catering option. Everything else was provided. Very quaint, neat and the property is well taken care of. Good stopover if travelling to Kruger.

I didn’t like the bathroom side because the shower was too small to a point that you can’t fit with your partner to take shower together

Communication via whatsapp regarding booking in etc was amazing. Immediatly felt that the staff and owner respect one's privacy. It is a little gem in the mountain. Clean and cosy. Save parking write next to the cabin. Loved the fireplace and being spoiled with a huge bag of firewood. Fully equiped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Having had free wifi is definately a dubble plus point...thank you for that.

There is no sign on the street showing you're turning ahead. It was my second time there but I still missed the turn. Please sort this one out. It'll help those arriving after dark

The unit was cosy but had everything you needed. Comfortable bed, great location, beautiful setting. The fireplace keeps the whole unit warm and the hot water bottles were a great touch.

I know it's winter, but a heater would be better than a fireplace to keep warm. (Maybe because I am not too good at making fires and keeping them alive).
