No refrigerator in rooms. No backup power supply in case of loadshedding which impacts availability of water which is supplied from a borehole.

The location was convenient. Close to nearby centers within a 3km radius. Great view and serene. Breakfast was great even during loadshedding I could get a fresh cup of instant coffee and freshly cooked eggs.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a generator, no business in South Africa should be operating without one, this day in age. That was a serious let down when we experienced loadshedding.

The property definitely exceeded my expectations, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s really beautiful and the linen is the best.

Last 300 meters to the place is a dirtroad, potholes and pods. No glass to drink water in the room, no extra blacket, Tea n coffee items is an esential which was not there

The breakfast co-ordination was not well done. The staff did not engage all guests well to inform them what the arrangement was- self service of place an order - it felt a bit hap hazzard as certain food kept running out and no proper management of that was done.

The staff is honest and very helpful. We appreciated being able to check in late - around 10pm. We also forgot a jacket in the wardrobe and the staff contacted us to inform. This was really appreciated as we could collect it after the function.

A bit of road maintenance to the venue (100m) will be good and side light (lamps) in the rooms will be nice.

The place was clean, serene and good to stay. The security was helpful and there all the time, and access to kitchen was wonderful. Staff was there and patient all the time. Your suites are beautiful and next time I'm booking one of them. Anyone needing peaceful and relaxing place should try this place. If you want to celebrate, just book the whole place and you'd have exclusive luxury.

Disorganized and unprofessional staff. The day time staff mixed roomed and put people who've booked standard rooms to deluxe rooms such that when we got there there was chaos when deluxe visitors wanted their rooms and the staff members was unprofessional in handling that.
