You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The braai area was dirty and called numerous times to get it cleaned to no avail. We were unable have our braai. More bath towels required for a 2 night stay

South Africathis is not a negative comment but something the estate / owner needs to look at , just to make the stay more comfortable. 1. It was a cold and windy weekend , there is a lot of wind blowing under both the front and back doors , this made the villa very cold and I had kids so that was a bit unpleasant I know another guest in the reviews mentioned this , it would be an idea to attend to it as it can make a good stay as our one turn into a not so good stay . 2. Perhaps consider those long snakey sand door stoppers to place by the edge of the door if it gets cold and windy . 3. Another guest also mentioned this , you battle to open and close the curtains in all the rooms , they are just badly hooked up , it might be an idea to look into this , seeing as a few people have mentioned it in the reviews . 4. Showers in the two smaller rooms had no hot water , we had to all use the shower in the bath tub ☹️.
The villa is beautiful , aesthetically it’s perfect , clean , modern and very comfortable and very spacious as well . Has everything you need as a self catering place. It was a cold weekend so ample additional blankets and the beautiful throws for keeping warm in the couch were an added plus

South AfricaThe place is really poorly insulated. The wind comes through under all the doors and we had to make a plan to seal it off with all the rain. The place wasn’t serviced even once during our 4 day stay and the towels were not changed despite the promise to do so. There is some mould on the curtains in one of the bedrooms and the curtains were very poorly hung and didn’t close when we arrived, which we had to fix up ourselves. Would have also appreciated a heads up that you are not allowed to have visitors.
The location is fantastic and the free entry to Wild Coast Sun is a bonus. The beach access walk is very scenic and the beach is gorgeous. The playground is okay for little kids

South Africathey only have soap in bathrooms, no air conditioning, the entire villa was very cold since we had to spent the whole day indoor because of rain and wind but they do have blankets. there were no coffee mugs at all in the kitchen but according to inventory list they are having 8. there is no electricity backup during load shedding.
the property was huge enough, easy check in and they directed us nicely. the house is a stand alone with nice car port. kiosk is selling nice food for your convenience

South AfricaNo cleaning service. We had to contact people to collect the rubbish. These requests were often ignored. Fresh towels and toilet paper should have been supplied. Very disappointed. Felt that the amount we paid for the accommodation should have included these basic requirements. Main bathroom toilet leaked which was not at all pleasant. Outside shower should have better drainage...very slippery and dangerous to use.
