I liked everything:)

Villa Costa Rose was everything we needed and more. Perfect location very close to nice restaurants and shops, the place itself beautiful, nice garden and pool area as a chill oasis, when the weather is not as nice still a beautiful place to have your breakfast at. The room was absolutely perfect, big and spacious, bed super comfortable. Last time I slept so well as a baby. Very useful nice balcony, very big comfortable bathtub. You could tell how they thought about every detail. Neil was extremely helpful and gave us great tips about Cape Town, restaurants and activities to do around there, which just made our stay even easier and nicer, I will recommend this place to everyone:)

One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at over the years - pity it was a short stay but will be my go to base in Cape Town from now on. Peaceful oasis in Sea Point with fantastic restaurants around the corner. Short walk to the seafront with beautiful sunsets. Seapoint is vibrant and I felt safe here unlike the city center side. The host Neil was superb and went out of his way to inform me of the must do and must sees for my short stay. Loved the art and attnetion to detail in the property and beautiful garden. Breakfast was wonderful, buffet and cook to order with pancakes for afters! Was very happy to have a super comfortable bed, aircon and Netflix in the room! Didn't even notice the "load shedding" as there was back up lighting and wi-fi. Added bonus was being able to use the luggage store and shower room after checking out as I was leaving late at night free of charge! Fully recommend Villa Costa Rose

Genuinely can't think of anything...apart from I wish I'd stayed a bit longer

Loved this place, I stayed on two occasions (as went on a safari in the middle) in two different rooms, both were great, clean and comfy. Also loved the art everywhere! The courtyard is great for relaxing in and feels like a little oasis perfect when you come back hot and bothered from a day of activities. Breakfast delicious. Neil super responsive and friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants and getting around Cape Town. Would definitely stay here again if I come again. Great location too.

Nothing to dislike!

Location - we were looking for a place near to the hop on hop off bus route that was safe enough to walk around with plenty of nice food and drink nearby- this was perfect! We had a king room which was amazing - spotlessly clean, beautiful simple decoration, incredibly spacious with lounge area, smart TV, mini fridge with complimentary white wine and water, view of the lion's head from the window, spacious balcony and bathroom with 2 sinks. Air conditioning, rechargeable light for those load shedding moments - another plus was that WiFi worked even during load shedding. Neil and Rob are brilliant hosts - Neil took time to talk us through the local area and give us lots of advice on arrival and hooked us up on WhatsApp for any further support. Could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great, lovely fresh buffet plus fresh cooked options. Sat by the pool to eat which has lots of beautiful plants around and areas of shade. All in all if we returned to Cape Town we wouldn't bother looking for anywhere else in future! Suited our needs perfectly and had some great meals in the local area. There is also parking in front of the villa which was another bonus (though not behind locked gates- we had no problems at all though). Thanks Neil and Rob!

airport shuttle organized from the hotel costa almost double than normal taxis but hey - it’s a privat transfer with a van. and it is available almost 24/7 so I guess that’s what you pay for. just good to know beforehand

it was absolutely wonderful. i especially appreciated how conscious this business is about water and our environment. providing biodegradable products only and no one way plastic stuff. apart from that the design of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and everyone was super kind. food is nice too.

Everything was perfect at the Villa Costa Rose, especially the hosts Neal and Rob.

My flight arrived at 8:00 am and I had been concerned about arriving at the Villa Costa Rose by 9:30 am already and perhaps being unable to reach my hosts to request an early check-in. After a long flight from Munich, there's nothing worse than having to hang out for 5-6 hours before being able to shower and crash. Not only did Neal and Rob accomodate my early check-in, Neal had contacted my phone via Whatsapp upon arrival to assure me that my room was already available for me. Now that's great service. In comparison, last year in L.A. I hadn't been allowed to check in to a place until 4:00 pm. They could have cared less about my comfort zone.
