All good / perfect!

By far the best accomodation during our road-trip with 7 different places we stayed. The location is perfect, only 1 (!) minute from the shore, very very quiet neighbourhood, parking available. The appartment had everything we needed, we were welcomed with a bottle of whine and some rusks (thanks for that!). The kitchen was well equipped, had coffee and milk, the rooms were very stylish and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. We will come back one day for sure!

We were so sad to leave. The place is so beautiful and tastefully decorated. It is close to the sea and the walkways. I especially enjoyed the window seats and can see myself reading there for hours on end. The kitchen is properly equipped and the braai area is lovely. Although we stayed only one night, this is a place where one will be very comfortable for an extended stay.

The stove did not work well for preparing food. There is not a lot of cupboard space for groceries. Sound travels and it can get noisy when the up stairs unit is occupied.

Location is awesome. Apartment was clean and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Mattresses are comfortable . Enough space for clothing. The wifi works well and the tv channels are a bonus. BBQ area is lovely. The seating is comfortable.

I realise that proper outside lighting is very important but the blinds weren't able to darken the room adequately at night.

My two basic criteria were met namely that it was clean and my dog was welcome. On top of that it is a beautiful old house that is taken well care of and considerately equipped with all the basics including cleaning utensils and detergents as well as little treats and a much-appreciated bouquet on the coffee table. The option of either bath or shower and crispy, white linen rounded off a lovely, relaxing getaway. And of course - a greeting and a smile from friendly personnel! I appreciate the care that is taken overall. And all at an affordable price. One personal favourite: I love concrete floors at the seaside! 😁

Had a really great stay at Villa Le Roc. Facilities were fantastic and the location is perfect. Nice treats left by the host like rusks, chocolates and coffee pods. Also plenty of wood and blitz available for the braai.

Nothing! Everything was on point!

The owner / hostess sent a WhatsApp in advance of our arrival with instructions and the code to access the unit. They thought of everything one would need for self-catering AND more! The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Villa le Roc to travelers visiting the Western Cape.

We do not have anything to complain about, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is one of our favourite stays and the third time we visited Villa le Roc. The whole house is beautiful, the apartment is lovely and well cared for. It is very comfortable with everything we need. Attention to detail makes this a great stay. The ocean is very close and there is ample opportunity for walks or bike rides.
